This was the best New York tour we have taken. Our guide really made it terrific !
She (Bernice) added so much extra detail and personal experience.
We all became friends by the end of the tour.
The guide did an excellent job of keeping track of everybody
(not easy as we had a few "wanderers" )

You really got the sense of what NY is all about
The bus drivers, Water Taxi (with priority boarding) personel etc all knew the guide and added interesting details as we traveresed some of the more interesting parts of the City and NY Harbor.

OMG What a fabulous day.. And our tour guide was the absolute best.. Very informative, kind, caring, knowledgeable, delightful. Made our day and she also was very complimentary of us too. She made our day. Her name was Bernice and I tell you if you want a full tour and fun you want her.. She also gave tips on all of the restaurants, food, and reasons to pick any of them. She was friendly to all her co workers and was also well known and liked by others in the industry as evidenced by her reception by the water taxi staff.. A very dedicated and hard worker..We even had a woman who lagged behind with asthma and she made sure to look out for her safety and care. We also did because we are both nurses. My friend Cindy and I (Kathleen) had a most memorable day and in part very much credited to our wonderful tour guide Bernice. Loved her and we shared many laughs and good times. Highly would recommend this tour to anyone. Well worth every penny.. Thanks for such a great time and most memorable experience.. God Bless and stay safe my new friend.. Loved it. Kathleen and Cindy.. The red bag, and the pink hat...LOL..

We went on this tour Friday and our guide was Jason. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed him and the tour. Jason was not only interesting but very informed, pleasant and humorous. Our experience could not have been better. Thanks, Jason for a fabulous day!!
Very informative. Great guide. Happy we did it. We had 35 min. at the memorial which is enough time. The combination with the NY watertaxi's was very well orchestrated.
Great tour! Our guide was awesome! He knew so much about the city and it made it extra special to hear about the background and little tidbits about the city that we would never have learned if we didn't go on this tour. It was nice to not have to worry about transportation to each destination. This would've taken me and my friends all day to plan the trip had we done it on our own. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, and have already passed the information along to an interested party!

Generally a good tour and getting priority status for some of the waiting lines made it worth it. One of our buses didn't show so we walked one leg that was to have been a bus tour and ride. It was a manageable walk for most of us. Also, the restroom breaks are not particularly well planned/communicated.
The guide was very friendly and knowledgable. The transportation was fun and a great way to see NYC. The Statue portion was great. Lots of photo ops. My only complaint was not enough time at 9/11. We were supposed to get 20-30 minutes, we got 12 minutes only to rush to the spot to meet a bus that never came after waiting 20 minutes. It took longer to get through security than we actually had at the memorial. Other than that, it was worth the money and I would book with the company again. Thanks!
This was a fantastic tour, thankyou to our tour guide Debbie who was wonderful.
All went well aside from the confusion at the start because the normal bus was unavailable, (impounded we heard). We neded to be split into two van loads and teh driving time was a bit longer than expected. Tour guide was very good and very helpful about the tour points of interest.
