Avacado, jicanna, and radish salsa with a roasted red pepper aioli

Awesome hotel, great location just off the busy Time Square strip but still in the action. Hotel amenities and rooms are a generous size.

Oh waht a night.. Great meal on a most great cruise ship. Get their early like we did on others info. Good meal and fine selection of drinks. The most unforgetable fireworks for 40mins lighting up the night sky. Do it !!!!
