We were tired after a 10 hour flight and not looking forward to trying to locate our shuttle bus in a busy airport. Went to desk immediately after collecting our cases as per instructions, and were given a form with a number and directed to lower floor where we were met by receptionist who asked us to take a seat. Sat for less than 5 minutes - driver came and collected us, took us to shuttle bus and then on to our hotel in Manhattan. The whole process took well under 45 minutes. Excellent, easy to understand directions and very helpful courteous staff. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Cheap and fast transfer to the city. Everything worked and was very well described in the confirmation mail documents. Pick up to the airport was on time.
