On time-driver who knew where he was going. Not used to NY traffic, so that was irritating at times. All in all a good trip!

The convenience of taking a vehicle door to door after a flight, specially after arriving at night, can hardly be exaggerated. The cost is not prohibitive and the company of other travellers on board can also be interesting.

We rang the company upon arrival, and they were there within 20 minutes. The driver was extremely helpful. We were dropped off at our address in good time and would certainly do this again.

My driver was a little scary, I thought he was driving way too fast, but my husband reassured me that he was trying to get us to the airport on time. And he did get us there about 3 hours early, but I would rather be early and wait than arrive late.

Once we called for our ride, the shuttle was there in less than 30 minutes. It was a little difficult to find the call area. The ride was good, and our driver was friendly.
