We rang the company upon arrival, and they were there within 20 minutes. The driver was extremely helpful. We were dropped off at our address in good time and would certainly do this again.

My driver was a little scary, I thought he was driving way too fast, but my husband reassured me that he was trying to get us to the airport on time. And he did get us there about 3 hours early, but I would rather be early and wait than arrive late.

Once we called for our ride, the shuttle was there in less than 30 minutes. It was a little difficult to find the call area. The ride was good, and our driver was friendly.

We had a great trip into Manhattan with a very nice driver. Only problem was finding the private residence. Very confusing and phone calls to our host didn't help much. Our driver kept his cool. The return trip at the end of our stay was all good. Would definitely use this service again. Met some nice people sharing the ride, too.

The staff we had to deal with at Newark should not hold customer service positions, just plain rude. AND they told me that the shuttle does not drive to private locations--hotels ONLY! I had to argue that my voucher clearly indicated that this was for a private residence drop-off AND that I had already paid for this as it clearly stated on the printed voucher, "PREPAID". I had to argue my way onto the shuttle while showing them the printed voucher at the same time.
