The pick-up and drop-off of 6 tourists on different terminals and different hotels took about 2 hours, also because of lively traffic.

There was a 35 minute waiting time at the JFK airport and the pick-up service from the different terminals at the airport lasted about 45 minutes.

When we got to the van at JFK, we had to wait over 45 minutes for more passengers to come in because there were only two of us on board.

There was some confusion when I arrived as to what shuttle was to take me to NYC on the west side. I waited over an hour in the terminal for the shuttle and then the shuttle ride took an hour or more. So it extended my trip by over 2 hours. A taxi would have taken 40 minutes or so. I did enjoy NYC at night as we dropped off passengers. I guess it is a matter of funds as the shuttle was 30 dollars cheaper and that was appreciated. The driver was very nice and I think he made the best of things. Viator was very accommodating to extend my ticket.

We hung around for over an hour before setting off to the town center. We were the last drop off and the driver could not find the address, even though we gave very clear directions including cross street. I know it's cheap but I'd rather pay more and save travelling time.

The driver did not seem to know a logical way to drop people off and would not turn on the AC, even after several requests.

On my pickup in NYC, the driver made no effort to assist me with the luggage.

I waited for almost two hours, although I had pre-booked online. Wasn't great, considering I had arrived from the other side of the world. The drivers, however, are very friendly and helpful.

Timely and convenient transportation but the driver was less than welcoming. No assistance with luggage. Last year's experience was much better.

The driver was rude and did not help with the luggage, yet expected to be tipped.

Bus was overloaded and tourist hotels get priority over residents who use the service.

It's definitely the best way to get into the city from the airport, however, the service would be so much more pleasant to the passengers if your drivers were nicer and cared more about the safety of their passengers.

The bus had overbooked and although we were there first and I told them how much luggage we had, they told us we had to wait for the next shuttle. The wait was at least 30 additional minutes.

It took too long as we had to drop everyone else off first, and for three of us, it would not have been much more expensive to get a cab.
