on-time, professional, flawless service
On time and comfortable.
driver was there when our plane arrived,very friendly,car was very clean,
I think that your service was excellent. The arriving has been something complicated but the cause were the problems related with the delay of flights because of the snow storm
Our flight was cancelled and re-scheduled for the next day - nothing was too much trouble and our transfer was changed to our new flight times. Thank you for your excellent service
well worth it. our driver was there waiting for us even though we were four hours late landing. He had some bottled water for us in the car and gave us a nice relaxing ride to our hotel, which is just what we needed after a 12 hour journey.

Couldn't fault the service. Our intl flight arrived one hour EARLY yet the driver and car was there ready and waiting. Booked a Sedan and got a Stretch Limo - WOW, fantastic! Driver made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. Due to this good service we booked them for our return leg too which was just as efficient.
Viator's service is exceptional. Well worth the money! Our driver took all the stress out of our arrival at JFK and getting into the city. He was waiting for us even though our international flight had arrived 1 12 hours early.
The best way to arrive or to leave NYC - our flight arrived in at a different terminal than expected but our driver found us and we had a very comfortable journey into the city. Courteous and friendly drivers, comfortable SUV for four plus luggage!
It was great, such a lovely to experience to have a limousine waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, would do this again. Also would be good value if more people traveling, only 2 of us but still worth it all the same.
