Picked up right on time by pleasant driver.
it was great, although there was a little confusion with the driver if I was supposed to pay the toll charge on the arrival. Otherwise the arrival and departure were excellent

This was an excellent service. The car was nearly new, and the driver very nice. We were being picked up early New Years Day, and the entry to our accommodation was closed by street works. So we arrived at the agreed pick up location early just in case of any problems, and the vehicle was there already - quite impressive. Will use again.
Friendly greeter met us at JFk and helped us reclaim our baggage. He then introduced us to our driver who was polite and courteous throughout.
