enjoyed trip, it was the full day tour of Manhatton. Our lady guide was both informative and light "hearted. She was so proud of her "NEW YORK"

An excellent day out, comfortable air con coach well driven by Leo, and excellent commentary by Hal. His comments were very informative and funny, and although he must have said most things many times before, it didn't sound like it came from a script(unlike the commentary on the Liberty Cruise which was read out by someone with a very boring voice).
Lunch was served without much of a wait, portion size was good and food well presented.
The route took us to parts of the city that we would never have found on our own, and enough time was allowed for photo opportunities.
The perfect ending was the Top of the Rock, which was much better than the Empire State which we went up last time we visited New York.
I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone, however many times you've visited-I'm sure Hal would tell you something you didn't already know

What an excellent way to see and experience New York City!! My wife had never been to New York City before and I wanted her to see as much of the city as we could get in five days. This one day guided coach tour is the way to go! Our tour guide new Manhattan inside out and he was so great in pointing out the highlights of the entire city. You can't go wrong with this tour if you are on a limited time allotment and want to experience it all. For us it was the ideal way for my wife to see the city and for me to once again re-acquaint myself with all of New York City. It is a long day but well worth the time spent. Our sincere thanks for providing this service and the price was right as well!!! You made our stay very worthwhile. We will be back!

Excellent introduction to the Big Apple. Sergio was a great tour guide, and the whole day ran smoothly and was a lot of fun. Well worth booking this day tour.

This is a great way to see lots of sights in New York in one day! Our guide was very knowledgeable and fun. My friend and I both agree that it was a great way to see the city and decide where we wanted to go the next day to see more.

Well organised tour with a knowledgeable local guide. Air conditioned coach a bonus in the 80 degree heat! Able to take clear pictures through the tinted windows. Great stop-off at Ground Zero, still very moving nearly 10 years on. Lunch in Little Italy was very pleasant and was followed by a smooth transfer for the Liberty Island Cruise. We were able to save our 'Top of the Rock' tickets for later in the evening and used them to view the city at night - incredibly peaceful atmosphere with everybody in awe of the amazing view!

excellent an d most enjoyable trip in spite of bad weather and the coach breaking down. would reccomend anyone visiting new york to book in advance with this company, we only booked the one trip but booked a further trip whilst we were there with another company and were completely and utterly ripped off.

there is no way you could pack in all the things we saw and did on this trip in one day independantly especially as we were 1st timers to new york the tour guide sergei was a mine of information,it gave us a taste for every neighbourhood thoroughly enjoyed it,yes it does seem a long day but hey your sitting, not having to walk everywhere the cruise is also great ,go for it u wont regret it and viator are so profesional and reliable will definately use again

This was our first visit to New York City..From the moment we joined the Viator Tour we felt relaxed and made to feel so welcome. Heather was great! Very informative. The trip took us everywhere and helped us decide which places we would like to go and spend more time at. Dinner in Little Italy was nice. The harbour cruise is a great way to see other sights - Statue of Liberty, Manhatten Skyline, New Jersey etc the guide on the boat was very informative.

I would recommend this trip.

We choose to go to the "top of the Rock" at sunset this was an amasing experience.
