It was a beautiful clear evening. The tour guide was informative and easy to listen to (and he didn't talk too much!). I would certainly recommend this sunset harbor cruise to my friends. We got really close to the Statue of Liberty and saw the three bridges on the east side. Thank you for a great evening.

As the rating says, we absolutely loved this sunset cruise around New York island and Manhattan.

A wonderful experience. You should not go to New York without experiencing the city from the water. Our guide was brilliant.

Great views of New York, and the guide kept us entertained with local knowledge about all we saw.

Oh this is definitely a 'must see'!! If you go to new York and do not do this then you have missed something spectacular! The view of Manhattan (with all the lights) was awesome!! Viator's vouchers are easily exchanged at the ticket office. My only advice: even in April be prepared to wrap up warm - after it got dark it was FREEZING!

That was really fantastic. The best thing was the guide, he was amazing and had good geographical knowledge. I was also happy because my wife liked the trip. My only complaint is the on-board cafe, which I thought was very expensive.

You can't hear what the tour guide is saying as the speakers are not loud enough and everyone was talking amongst themselves and the seats are uncomfortable. However this is a great photo opportunity and a good way to see Manhattan at night!

If you want a spectacular view of Manhattan, then there is no better place to get one than from the water. Well rehearsed and very informative commentary also adds to the whole experience. As a wheelchair user, I found the trip to be both accessible and enjoyable. I didn't try to use the bathrooms, however, so I am afraid I cannot comment on them.

The cruise itself was fantastic, great photos at sunset etc. The only downside was the tour guide, he sounded very disinterested and it was difficult to understand some parts. That is no reflection on the tour company though as the trip was very well organised.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the factual information about NY as well!

Overall - a nice trip at a reasonable price. The sound system needs improved as a full boat of people tends to be noisy and it is very hard to hear and understand the tour guide.

The cruise was definitely worth doing for the views and information from the tour guide. We got a great deal on our tickets through this website and it was quick and easy to exchange the voucher for our boarding passes. But choose where you sit wisely. The sound system is old and hard to hear in certain places on the boat. We also sat by a group of annoying tourists who had no interest in the tour, only taking pictures of themselves. Our voucher was supposed to have included an on board guide. The lady at the ticket window did not give me the guide when I got my boarding passes, so I figured we would get it when we got on the boat. Unfortunately, they were selling the guides for 6 and since I no longer had my voucher, I could not prove that I was supposed to get one. Remember to ask!
