The cruise itself was fantastic, great photos at sunset etc. The only downside was the tour guide, he sounded very disinterested and it was difficult to understand some parts. That is no reflection on the tour company though as the trip was very well organised.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the factual information about NY as well!

Overall - a nice trip at a reasonable price. The sound system needs improved as a full boat of people tends to be noisy and it is very hard to hear and understand the tour guide.

The cruise was definitely worth doing for the views and information from the tour guide. We got a great deal on our tickets through this website and it was quick and easy to exchange the voucher for our boarding passes. But choose where you sit wisely. The sound system is old and hard to hear in certain places on the boat. We also sat by a group of annoying tourists who had no interest in the tour, only taking pictures of themselves. Our voucher was supposed to have included an on board guide. The lady at the ticket window did not give me the guide when I got my boarding passes, so I figured we would get it when we got on the boat. Unfortunately, they were selling the guides for 6 and since I no longer had my voucher, I could not prove that I was supposed to get one. Remember to ask!

The boat ride was good, a lovely view of Manhattan. It was not dark so I am not sure why it was called the Harbor Lights Night Cruise. The boat was old and rusty but it made the trip out and back okay. The tour guide was pleasant made the cruise enjoyable.

Got some nice great pics of Manhattan island in the evening so that was nice.

The narrator was excellent. However, the sound level was too low and was difficult to understand. He explained that it was as loud as they could make it without getting feedback. That's an easy thing to fix. Ask any sound specialist.

Although this is named a harbor lights cruise, the lights were only just coming on when the boat was heading back to the dock. Why doesn't the trip start later in the summer to allow us to see the lights of New York as advertised? Otherwise, the trip was very good.

I have lived in Westchester all my life and frequently visit New York City, but have never had a night cruise. This was a lot of fun, and inexpensive. It was beautiful to see the city in so many ways. I definitely recommend doing this. I didn't like the seating they had though, but for the cost it was not bad.

Very enjoyable, the view of Manhattan's skyline was breathtaking. The commentary was informative, but wrap up warm, it gets quite cold up top.
