Fabulous trip. Perfect weather and a very knowledgable guide - thanks Rob.
The guide was superb; his knowledge of the city was impressive and his enthusiasm for the city and his job was contagious. We would take a longer tour in the future. Enjoyed the day very much.
Brilliant trip. Rob, our tour guide, was very good and extremely informative. Go to the little church near the Ground Zero site for an emotional trip back to 9/11 event. Trip provided a better insight into the history of New York, right through to the present day. It's good that the Hop-on/Hop-Off tickets with the New York Water Taxi's last all day and the staff on the boat were very knowledgeable too. Would recommend the trip to anyone.
Tour was excellent Rob was our guide he was very detailed and interesting I would book another trip again through Viator. Very pleased and loved NYC will be back!
Trip was great but there was a time change and we didn't hear about it that's not so well
The tour was very interesting but, being older (65+) we found the amount of walking very tiring. Our guide was pleasant but went at a fast pace and was very hard to hear when on the street. The ferry part was delightful.
The tour was excellent. However, I was overcharged. I added one more guest but was charged for two guests. I am currently disputing the charges through American Express. My name is Lillian Minton and I attended the tour on Wednesday, June 5 at 9:00 a.m. The tour guide, John, was excellent in delivering information but he was not sensitive to the infirmities of the guests. He walked too fast in spite of the many times I asked him to slow down. There were quite a few senior citizens with canes on the tour.
