This trip was great value for money and allowed you to jump off and on the buses when you wanted. WE got to see so much more of New York than we would have if we just did it ourselves.

This was a brilliant package, there were more things in it than we could possibly do, so we picked out the main things and still saved on individual prices. We got to see everything we could have hoped for and more. All staff were really friendly, especially the guide on the night lights tour! Make sure you do that one. No problems with any tickets, and had great assistance being moved to front of all queues due to a mobility impaired member of the party. Just be aware, ALL seats are upstairs on the buses so be sure you can make it up them. Thanks to all at the tour operator for a great trip! Highly recommend Downtown and Night Lights Tours and Statue of Liberty Ellis Island trip. We were also given a 2 hour cruise around the harbour, worth going on too.

We used the buses for 3 days, it was great for seeing an overview of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Our tour guides were fabulous.

This tour is so highly recommended! So many knowledgeable guides and buses at least every 10 minutes. The night tour is not to be missed! Tickets to Ellis Island and Empire State are well worth pre-booking to avoid queuing too long. We can't wait to go back!

Excellent value. The only problem you will have is fitting in all the items on this tour. If you have to miss anything, do not miss the night tour.

Some of the guides were too busy getting their tips by telling us about their personal circumstances. But we had a good view of what NY offers at our first visit. The harbour tour was a little bit disappointing because it went straight to the Statue of Liberty, which we already visited by the Ellis Island ferry tour.

The bus tour was really convenient for getting from one end of town to the other and the guides were all lively and entertaining as well as being incredibly informative. My only grumble was that, although they put screen up in wet weather, there was a lot of leaking so you got wet anyway and if the bus gets full the screens steam up so you can't see very clearly - but i bet they're great as open tops in the summer! One tip: If you're gonna do Liberty Island - listen out for the queue-busting offer from the guides. It saves hours! We did Top of the Rock. Beware that opening hours may change over the holidays. We got caught out on Christmas Day. Look up when you're in the lift - that's cool.

Booking the bus tour for a few days was definitely worth the money. It was a great way to get a feel of different parts of the city. However, I was a little confused about how well it would actually serve us in getting from point A to B. When trying to use it strictly for transportation, it was a bit daunting. Getting 5 miles down the road took almost an hour with the talking, stopping, and waiting. I would recommend it for one or two days, but don't go into it thinking like it will be the only form of transportation necessary. Grab a subway map and get familiar with how it works. It's a much quicker way to get around once you know where you want to go.

It is a good package. The comments are live, so nothing in Spanish, German, French, etc. Prefer Top of the Rock, equal to the Empire State Building without the crowd.

It's worth doing. Some of the guides were really good and some were really bad, so if one is bad get off and wait for the next bus. Otherwise very fun.

This is a good package and we enjoyed all of the elements but especially the night tour and the Top of the Rock. As a bonus we got an extra day free when we exchanged our vouchers which provided added value.
