It's worth doing. Some of the guides were really good and some were really bad, so if one is bad get off and wait for the next bus. Otherwise very fun.

This is a good package and we enjoyed all of the elements but especially the night tour and the Top of the Rock. As a bonus we got an extra day free when we exchanged our vouchers which provided added value.

The tour itself was great. However, we purchased our tickets over the internet and still had to stand in line for an hour with our voucher waiting to receive our tickets when we got there. Finally, we were pulled out of line to go to a separate line for people who had prepaid. It was very disorganized.

It was worth the money, but it would have been better if a different bus company provided the hop-on hop-off. This one was of poor service; buses comes in 20-30 mins. It wasted a lot of time just waiting in line and for the bus to come.

I would have gone with another company. The buses weren't that comfy, and not all of the guides knew what they were talking about. The ticket as a whole was very good value, though, because for your money you got to see a lot of things in a short space of time. I think our main problem with this was that we were there on Yom Kippur, so the city tours buses finished at 3.00 on one of the days and didn't run at all on another day, and we were only there for three days. It might be worth noting that you need to take religious holidays into consideration when booking.

Queue to exchange vouchers too long followed by apprpx. 1 hour wait to board bus at starting point. Both tours OK but staff plugging for tips was annoying.

I'm not sure you couldn't do much better and even save money by just taking a taxi.

Had to stand in long line to collect prepaid tickets. Quicker & more convenient to buy from street vendors. When a problem occurred, we had to return to 42nd street & no one was authorized to help us. Owner takes Friday & Saturday off & that Sunday & Monday were also religious holidays.
