Enjoy all parts of package that we took. Have to say that hop-on/off enjoyment depends on quality of guide. Commentary not always audible especially from those guides for whom English is not first language. But since not all tourists speak English anyway is it important?
The trip to New York exceeded my expectation. Everthing worked ourt as schedueled. The trolley driveers were very helpful and the information provided was interesting and informative. Viator did a wonderful job and we enjoyed New York City very much. Wirlyn Molmen

Excellent way to see a new city. Guides were very informative and entertaining. Worked out much cheaper than booking individual tickets to Ellis Island, Top of the Rock etc. Plus it cut out much of the queueing at these sites.
THe best way to get around and see New York if you have limited time available. Plus its great to get the background on the city from the guides.

It was our first visit to New York City and a friend recommended using your site to book, we were not disappointed. It was the easiest way to get around and the tour guides were fabulous. We plan on returning and will use Viator to book again.

This is a great way to get around and see the entirety of the city. I would recommend this open top bus company over the Gray Lines option as Gray Lines is much busier. We used all of the options including the night and Brooklyn tours. I strongly recommend the Brooklyn tour to see a different part of the city although beware you use Gray Lines for this tour.
Fantastic way to see the city. All of the attractions we wanted to do were included. Great to have tickets to some attractions and avoid the ticket buying queue. Highly recommneded, great tour guides too. Knowledgable and made the bus tours well worth while.
Great value for money and able to get through the queues more quickly too. Enjoyed the bus tour as it showed as bits of New York we hadn't got to on foot. Be prepared to be on it for at least 2 hours for a round trip. Empire State building exciting but busy as always. Kids especially enjoyed going over to Liberty island though this ticket does not get you inside only on to the island. All in all it was well worth getting this ticket as we only had 3 days and this enabled us to get round the main sites quickly and easily.
Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! Best money I ever spent! The tour guides were very informative; they gave useful tips and hints. It was great learning the history about the different locations in NYC. The height of the bus allowed for a better few of the buildings' wonderful architecture. Loved "Top of the Rock"! I timed my arrival so that I had 3 views of the city: daytime, sunset, and night! The harbor cruise was great; took some awesome photos from the boat. The night tour was fun, too! I would recommend this package to everyone and will definitely purchase it on my return trip to NYC. If you purchase this package please make sure to take full advantage of all that is included-- you won't regret it!!
