TICKETS: pick up at times square. queue was 20 mins at office. times square bus stop was very busy.
BUS TOUR - busy but lots of buses. drivers good. brooklyn tour/night tour are very similar. dont do both.
TOP OF ROCK - The queue was very small, i didnt take long to get to the top. views were stunning and again, not too busy.
SOL/ELLIS ISLAND - we went at 11am one day, the queue was massive - we went back at 8.30 the next day - there was no queue. Food available on the boat and island.
i found this very good value for money.
this was an excellent ticket to purchase. managed to see of the island,brooklyn statue of liberty and ellis island. the boat trip was very informative and the free coach back to times square a bonus. most of the guides were excellent Top of the rock is must but didnt manage the museum of new york. however the guide did mention the tenament exhibition that is well worth a visit we hopped off and back on again so the bus was extremely useful
What a pleasant surprise that everything we requested was there for us just as Viator promised. We took advantage of all the options in our package. The Hop-on Hop-off had numerous stops and luckily one was just outside our apartment, so not having to use cabs and public transportation as often was an added bonus with our three day pass!
Absolutely fantastic and great value for money. The staff are very friendly and always keen to help. The bus tours are a great way to see the city with excellent information from the guides each offering their own perspectives on the city. The included sights are also excellent and the pass means you dont have to queue for tickets and can can just get straight in line for the attractions.
Can't praise it enough and will definitely buy again for our next trip to New York

Great all round value for money. Our tour guide on the Brooklyn Tour was absolutely first class, a joy to listen to and his knowledge was second to none.

Most impressed. Efficient, helpful, informative, polite service from all concerned - the superlatives are endless! The well informed guides, with their personal knowledge and humour gave us a true insight to the NYsights and experiences. We would never have covered, in the four days we stayed, what we did without using this combined 'New York City Hop-on Hop off Tour, Ellis Island Ferry ticket and Top of the Rock or Empire State building' option.
This along with the additional information they gave us have given us memories to cherish.
