I've never seen any hop-on, hop-off tours being so frequent and visible. Strongly recommended!

It was a great way to see the city in a short time. We would not have been able to see as much as we did if we had not did the tour bus, and taking a taxi would have cost a lot more money. The hop-on hop-off is the way to go! If I did it again, I would have done 72 hours instead of 48 as there is too much to do in only 2 days.

The best way to see all of New York. You are above the crowds and the traffic. Relax and enjoy the sights while someone else does the driving. No directions to get lost from, and the guides were great. Knowledgeable and funny. Nothing obstructing your pictures; you can hop on and off whenever you want. Definitely worth more than the price, you can relax and enjoy sightseeing. Special thanks to our tour guide on two of the three tours we took. He was funny and passionate about New York and made our tours really enjoyable.

I have done the hop on, hop off tour twice. It never gets old. In fact, I felt like I got to see stuff that I didn't notice the first time. I highly recommend it.

Found it difficult to find where to pick up the tickets. Could have been a little more user friendly.

Anybody visiting New York, especially on limited time, should use this service. It was great! It was a nice respite for the feet whilst you decide what's next.

Well worth the money. Bus tour was great, guides really knowledgeable. We had great weather. But cruise only lasted 1 hour, not 90 minutes as printed on ticket. If you are a first time visitor to NY, give it a go--you won't be disappointed.

Tours were great but cruise spoilt by overcrowding on the ferry.

The daytime tours were great, worth every penny spent on them with some great tour guides. The night tour, however, was abysmal. The guide didn't seem to know where the bus was going, and she frequently got left and right mixed up, so half the passengers were looking out the wrong side. A lot of the night route was not lit up, so not much could be seen.

Loved the tours. I have been to NY before, but it was the first time that I could say that I saw NY. However, I don't think that I would take it in the winter as I would not have gotten as much. The buses were frequent, and the guides were knowledgeable. I found that some guides did their homework more than others. Expect to tip each time you get off the bus.
