The daytime tours were great, worth every penny spent on them with some great tour guides. The night tour, however, was abysmal. The guide didn't seem to know where the bus was going, and she frequently got left and right mixed up, so half the passengers were looking out the wrong side. A lot of the night route was not lit up, so not much could be seen.

Loved the tours. I have been to NY before, but it was the first time that I could say that I saw NY. However, I don't think that I would take it in the winter as I would not have gotten as much. The buses were frequent, and the guides were knowledgeable. I found that some guides did their homework more than others. Expect to tip each time you get off the bus.

Some stops were too long, takes quite a while to make the full circuit. Very difficult to find the location to pick up our tickets, line-up extremely long. If not pre-paid, we would have walked out.

It was a great way to see New York at night and even better the boat pulls right up to the Statue of Liberty. Great trip.

I was a victim of poor planning on my part. We were only in New York for 8 hours and the Empire State building took 4 hours so I did not get much of the tour. And I missed the cruise. So make sure you are able to get there early when the tour first starts, or don't do the Empire State Building. But this tour company was great. Their agents are everywhere so it was easy to find the stops and the attractions. Make sure you don't forget the sunscreen and water.

We definitely didn't have enough time to see everything. We were lucky enough to get a tour guide to give us his account of 9/11. Definitely worth doing for a first-time visitor.

Good way to get an overview of downtown NYC. Since we got off and on the buses, we got to see grouchy guides as well as learned guides and got shamelessly dunned from the microphone for tips. Why aren't they just paid enough?

This was a very very unorganized tour group no one was in charge to talk to about what was happening at the tour company. A 2 hour wait for tickets that were booked online line is pretty bad, and all the buses were over booked. I would never ever recommend this tour company for anything, not even a bus ride from one corner to another corner.
