For the first time visitor to the Big Apple, a guided tour like this is perfect to sample what the city has to offer. We didn't have enough time to travel all the loops, but we still enjoyed every minute of it! Add to that, it was a beautiful warm day, we had a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide -- great experience!

This is the way to see the city in a short amount of time. We're from the Midwest, know nothing about NYC area, and all the guides were humorous and very knowledgeable. Other reviews have complained about "tips" - they do mention it once or twice, but in a non-intrusive way as far as I can see. The Top of the Rock experience is also wonderful.

Bus loops had plenty of stops, and there was a lot included with the pass. We enjoyed the joint statue of liberty and Ellis Island trip, and we did top of the rock at night, which was great.

This is a good way to get to know New York. It is value for money. Make sure to do the Empire State Building after 6pm to avoid the long queue.

Absolutely THE BEST WAY to see all of New York in the shortest amount of time! Tour guides were knowledgeable and offered many entertaining tidbits regarding New York history, celebrities, etc. Buses run frequently to help maximize your time. HIGHLY recommended.

This was our first time to New York, so we booked the hop-on-off tour for the first day. It was extremely beneficial to get a full view of Manhattan and get our bearings of the city. The tour guides were knowledgeable and full of valuable information. My niece and I really enjoyed the tours.

This tour provided us with the best views of the city from the Rockefeller Center. It was the wrong time of year to travel on an open top bus. The top floor is usually closed off. You can't see much from lower level. The bus took three hours to do half the uptown route due to snow and traffic. We got off in Harlem and caught the subway. It was great fun though!

Tour was brilliant but the last bus left too early at 5.30pm so we were not able to do all four loops, as we ran out of time. Some confusion when our tickets were issued, the email receipt was not worded correctly and the office girl did not give us our tickets for the Liberty Island Ferry. So we wasted time going back for them, and it didn't included going inside the Statue of Liberty which was not made clear at the start, so that was a bit disappointing.
