It was nice, but our bus broke down & we needed to catch a new bus. Both didn't have air-conditioning & were very crowded. Advice: go on a weekday & wait for next bus with air-conditioning.

This kind of tour should be done all in open buses. We were unable to see everything because we had to wait so long to get an open bus.

The weather was against us, and the roof of bus was on. The poor visibility made it difficult to see the attractions. I would only recommend using this service in the summer!

It was good but they didn't have the Statue of Liberty tickets. They said they ran out but we did enjoy the tour guides who gave a lot of history. Would do again.

The quality of the guides varies enormously from one bus to another. If you go to the Empire State, go at night, you'll have fantastic views and much less queuing. Personnel at the company's tourist center was rather rude, and the one at the Empire State Building was very rude.
