It was good but we needed more information. They stopped the bus tour at 6 p.m. and we were at the Little Italy and had to take back a cab.

I know you can't do anything about the weather, but it would be nice NOT to be reminded that the guide and the driver would like a tip!

We enjoyed the tours. We feel it was the way to see the city. It was nice to be able to get off and on as we wanted. Guides were very well versed and pleasant.

There are a series of routes with forty eight hours to do them in, which was great. The only issue was that the downtown loop was very slow due to the traffic. I know it can't be helped, but I still thought it was worth mentioning.

If this is your first time to NYC like us, take the hop on off tour - it was great. The tour guides were awesome, and the timeliness of the buses was fabulous!

This was the best way for tourists like ourselves to see New York. We would recommend the 48 hour pass. We only had two days but saw a lot.

The hop-on hop-off tours are awesome. They are a wonderful way to get around and to get an overview of the city. Our tickets for the UN and Top of the Rock were disappointing, however. You STILL have to stand in line to trade the tour company's tickets for the site tickets, so you do not save any time by having these on hand. It did save time for the Ellis Island Ferry.

This was a great experience. I would recommend it to others. The buses were clean, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes. The staff's suggestions about tour sights were very helpful.

Hopping on and off wasn't as easy as I'd anticipated. The tour guides were exceptional, and the buses were very clean and well maintained. My New York City experience through Viator was wonderful!

Had a hard time understanding what the tour guide was saying. Other than that the tour was great, although 48 hours really isn't enough time to do all the loops because Central Park alone will take most of your afternoon.
