This is well worth doing, I think it is the best way to get around NYC. It stops at pretty much every tourist spot, so if you've not been to New York City before, this is perfect (as you see everything). Recommended!

This was an excellent value. We did all the tours (the night tour twice as it was so good). And of the 12 guides we experienced, 10 were excellent and 2 were average - much better than I expected from reading some of the reviews.

Very worthwhile. I will certainly recommend it.

Good value and definitely worthwhile. My only two gripes: the tour guides know their stuff, but often the bus has long passed the place of interest they had just mentioned. Also the guides ask for tips. Maybe this is done in the USA but it comes across as a form of begging to Europeans.
Do the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island first thing in morning, preferably on the 9am ferry, as it gets hectic after that. The bus pass is a good way to see New York for the first time. Again, board the bus as early as possible, there's lots to see.
My boyfriend and I had a great time. Thank you.

For those of us who have trouble walking around all day, this is a great way to see the city and cover a lot of ground.

For the most part we enjoyed this tour. We would have enjoyed it more, though, if we had some additional information. For example, we were told we couldn't get into the Statue of Liberty, but were never advised that on the trip to the Statue of Liberty, we could access the base.

What a wonderful way to experience New York. The Top of the Rock is truly worthwhile.

It was handy having the ticket to hop on and off but there was not enough time to complete or even start all the loops in just a couple of days - maybe that was just our time management! The ticket for midtown would probably have been enough.

Overall experience was good but I was quite disappointed with some of the tour guides not informative at all. Also a lot of times we had a problem with getting on the bus because the stops were not marked properly on the streets. According to our maps we were at the proper locations but there was no place for a bus to stop so a lot of times we ended up walking around looking for the next stop.

It was nice, but our bus broke down & we needed to catch a new bus. Both didn't have air-conditioning & were very crowded. Advice: go on a weekday & wait for next bus with air-conditioning.

This kind of tour should be done all in open buses. We were unable to see everything because we had to wait so long to get an open bus.

Too much in too short a time.

The weather was against us, and the roof of bus was on. The poor visibility made it difficult to see the attractions. I would only recommend using this service in the summer!

It was good but they didn't have the Statue of Liberty tickets. They said they ran out but we did enjoy the tour guides who gave a lot of history. Would do again.
