I'm normally not in that kind of tourism, but it was the best way to see all New York for the few first day to know where I would like to go back and also use it as a nice transportation between attractions! A great deal to really recommend!

this tour is a great way to see the city. some tour guides are better than others but they are all very nice.

Loved it! This is one of the best ways to see a lot of sights and the Viator employees were so kind and helpful. I was on a one day trip and was surprised just how many sights I was able to see in such a short time. I highly suggest using this service and will use them again. They took the stress out of my visit when I did not know the area!

The tour is highly recommended.
The guide is quite good, we had a lady laughing more than speaking, but it was awsome, believe me. (you should use your own earplugs, because the one they gave us works, but not so comfortable)
I give 5 stars, because it worths the money
(a quick tip: you can hopp off at central park, because that is almost the very last stop, so you can go for a walk in the park where the sunset is cool with those buildings)

The 72 hour tickets which included 3 attractions and a 2 hour night tour were great value for money . Very frequent reliable service and informative guides. Two suggestions I would make to would be travelers are are:-
1. take plenty of paper hankies to dry the plastic seats as the open top deck ones are generally quite wet first thing in the morning .
2. take plenty of warm clothing for the night tours. Ours was in April and the chill factor of the wind at night drove most of the passengers downstairs.

Brilliant! Tour guide was funny, informative, made the journey really memorable. The bus stops a frequent stops enabling you to get off and see the sights...and not long to wait when your ready to get back on an continue.
48hr ticket, managed to cover everything plus enjoy the night tour.

Customer services great. All tours on this Hop on Hop off bus great. Easy to understand and all the guides knew their business. Head phones a must and they had them a very worthwhile experience.

Well worth the money, done the Freestyle which includes 3 additional attractions. This bus takes you to all the major stops required for tourist attractions. Really good way to see NY if only there a few days. Buses run on a regular basis and never had any problems getting on.

I have used Hop-on-Hop-off before in New York which is why I booked it this time and it did not disappoint. Even though it was cold and not peak season, the buses were timely, the quality of the tour guides were superb and overall it was a great way to see the city. Also, because the buses cover so much of the city, we booked other tours around the city and got to all of them on the Hop-on buses.

We had a very wonderful 3 days in New York using the Hop-on Hop-off bus. Little wait time, smiles, outgoing guides. We truly had a ball. Our ONLY drawback was the cold. We live in WA state, so cold is our friend, but we did not have heavy enough coats with us. That was our mistake. We still rode on top of the bus, even in the snow. Came back to our hotel as popsicles, but we loved it and we survived!
