What a great way to access the top sites to see in a few days. Wheelchair friendly and convenient. Can't think of a better way for a time-limited, first time visitor to see as much as possible. Excellent.
Fantastic way to get an overview of the city. We just hopped on without hopping off. In the 48 hours we managed to do all the loops - guides were interesting and quite funny at times. I would not use it as a means of transport to get around - walking and the subway is much better.
They did a great job of pointing out all kinds of interesting things that would have taken at least a week to read about. All of the staff were helpful and friendly; only difficult part was waiting for the transfers-in cold weather it can get a bit uncomfortable, but overall a great experience and very educational! Recommended highly.
Very informative guides on board. did the downtown loop which has really interesting stops. Only problem was he sheer volume of people using the buses (it was New Year). which made us reluctant to get off. At one stop 3 full buses went by and the queues were very long. It was bitterly cold also which made the upstairs a 'no go' for us.

Good value tour. We had the three day tour including 3 attractions. This reduced the cost of the hop on hop bus to $33 for the 3 days.
There was seven us travelling as a family we had a 48 hour hop on hop off ticket, it was fab, some of the guides were better than others are favourite who was very informative was "Jeffery" partime tv worker who did the uptown tour on saturday. He gave us all the info that tourists needs to make their trip to NEW YORK more enjoyable. We really got our bearings on the tour and after we had hopped on and hopped off for 48 hours we felt we knew NEW YORK better than our own capitol of Wales - UK which is Cardiff. It was a very reasonable cost for how much we managed to see and would certainly recommend it to visitors especially to first timers who are abit wary oft the subway (thats great too!) So thanks for a fantastic time, we will definately be back!

I got a very good deal on this trip through Viator. Excellent value for money for anyone who has time to spare. As the traffic in NY is very slow it should be used for sightseeing and not for simply moving around the city where the underground would be a better option. We took the 2 day offer which worked well as it didnt put you under pressure to spend the whole day and evening just riding the bus. Wrap up at this time of the year as chilly on top deck

The only thing I didn't like, was, that you had to use your three days all in a row. I would have prefered to separate my days out over the week that we were there.
Great value for money -- a great way to see NYC. Some of the tour guides drove us crazy, but then some others were fantastic -- like a box a chocolates, you never know what your gonna get! :)
