This was our first time to New York, and what a way to see it! If you're there for a weekend or even if you have a week, this is the way to go. We saw the city in record time with the pictures to prove it. Take the All Loops Tour, it is worth it!

If you have never been to New York before (like us), this is a must-do. The commentators are all different and teach you so much about New York.

Even the weather could not dampen our spirits. Well narrated tour and interesting route. The United Nations closed streets near Wall Street, but this was no issue.

The buses were frequent and easy to find. Definitely value for money if you take the time to do at least 3 out of the 4 tours available. The downtown loop & night tour were really great, & the uptown was a nice easy way to see a bit of the Upper West Side & Harlem. Good commentary & happy staff. Allow around 2 hours for the loops, & if you need to get somewhere in particular quickly, don't use the buses - walk or use the subway, as the buses are designed to take some time. It's a really great way to see NYC from the top of the bus. You get great views & great photo ops & save's sore feet by the end of the day.

Sometimes it was difficult to find out where the bus stops were and which route to follow. Obviously the traffic in New York makes it also difficult to move around.

Great way to see so many places and get commentary; however, there were a lot of people doing the same thing, so we had to let several buses go as they were full and wait for empty ones, which cuts into your time if you are on a tight schedule.

Used the bus to get to the Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty from 53rd Street; worked great, and really enjoyed the night tour into Brooklyn and over the Brooklyn Bridge. Just take a sweater and a camera, great photo opportunities from the top of the bus!!!

Another great service. We used the bus for two days and were able to do all the trips we wanted to see, which was great. The tour guide was good. Well worth it. No problems with the vouchers.
