We had a wobderful time but the people working fir the Spirit were confusing. One said one thing another said something. Our ticket said gospel lunch and the ither side said gospel optional. The food was excellent. I would not want to be seated next to the DJ. The music would have been too loud.
Our waiter Brenden was wonderful; very aware of our needs and others.
excellent trip as it was my wifes birthday the staff announced it and brought to our table a plate with cake and wrote around the plate was HAPPY BIRTHDAY SANDRA, nice touch,Staff and crew could not do enough to make it a pleasant and most enjoyable experience
MY WIFE AND I WENT ON THIS TRIP AND ALL WAS GREAT EXCEPT BUT THE MUSIC WAS TOO LOUD AND IM ONLY 42 AND IT WAS EVEN LOUD FOR ME! THERE WAS ALSO SOME TYPE OF CHILDRENS DAY CAMP AND THE KIDS APPROX. 50 PLUS WERE RUNNING ALL AROUND THE SHIP. I WAS HARD TO ENJOY BUT THE STAFF SHOULD OF STEPPED IN AND CALMED THE KIDS DOWN! BUT AGAIN FOOD AND STAFF AND SHIP WERE GREAT!
The crew was very nice and professional from the begining to the end.The entertainment was also very good it made me feel like I was on a real cruise ship.I didnt know there would be entertainment,I thought it was just the lunch and the sightseeing, and the food was very good also.I just wish it was a little longer because I had such a good time.
We were expecting a nice and quiet lunch cruise, and feel like we ended up on the disco boat from hell. Bad food, cheap drinks, and singing waiters just topped up the bad experience. Most people on board didn't even care to look at the sights, they were there to dance and drink. Want to see sights from the Hudson, make sure to choose another cruise line than his.
