Good but not great, the tour was curtailed a bit by the after effects of hurricane Sandy, no High Line Park as all parks were closed by sunset and the boat trip was replaced by a return trip on the Staten Island Ferry, hardly a trip round the harbour and definitely no champagne. Meal fairly average.

Agood tour.Probably nicer in better weather. Also some areas were affected by the floods. But we found some new places to go back to.So it was worth doing

Tis tour was OK but the restaurant they take you to in Little Italy is not very good. It was obvious that the tour operator has a relationship with this restaurant because both tours we took stopped here and we were not impressed either time. Other than that the tour was pretty good and had some interesting highlights though at 6 hours starts to get a bit long.

The tour was good, unfortunately we had rain on the night which made the cruise a little disappointing. The dinner was really nice and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

Ok but not great, the guide was alright the cruise and top of the rock were good but the rest of the tour we were not impressed with.

Mixed feelings on this tour, the coach ride was indeed most welcome especially when the weather outside was quite cold, however as it was a coach the views are quite limited as there is no glass roof and the windows were tinted. Our guide was very good and kept us entertained right throughout the tour, The high line park tour was replaced by another tour which included exploring an indoor market. The harbour cruise was enjoyable with good views of manhattan and lady liberty, the italian dinner was average but cant complain, one last point we never had our glass of champagne which was disappointing.

Delay due to guide being sick and replacement also not available, had to bring in a replacement from the day trip, fortunately although he did not know the details of the trip, filled in very well. The food was average at the restaurant, and had to rush as not enough time allowed to make the boat trip, although it was an excellent trip at night, also no mention that the trip up the rock was not included in the time allowed but for us to take after the trip, or at a another time. also dropping us off a long way away from the boarding point, also no mention of this when booked, fortunately the driver was helpful allowing us to leave closer to our hotel.

A pleasant evening. Felt a little hurried in a few spots but he scenery is so spectacular that can be forgiven.

Im still not sure why we spent half the night either on the Staten Island Ferry or wainting for it!! The guide was very knowledgeable but kept loosing people partly because of her lack of adherence to Red Lights!!! She would just walk out amongst the traffic and wonder why we kept getting seperated. Could have been much better.

We liled the variety of this tour. The highlight was the harbor cruise. We would have liked to have been given more time at High Line Park, which was beautiful. We also felt extremely rushed at Grotto Azzurra. The Top of the Rock was a great way to end to tour. A big frustration was that we were in an closed us and really could not see most of the buildings the guide was pointing out to us.

It was extremely poor! The romantic river cruise was a free ferry with public, no champagne! The meal was very average with a glass of prosecco! This was completely miss sold! Don't waste a night doing this! The tour guy also brought a friend with him!

This tour was terrible we were not informed of the river cruise being altered so if your going on the night tour be aware their is no private cruise you are taken to the free staten island ferry were you jostle to get on board this was not what we paid for wait till the pier is reopened

Did not rate this at all. Started of ok then went from bad to worse. The boat part of the trip was a trip on the Staten Island ferry, which incidentally is free to go on for anyone!! WE were supposed to go on a boat ride which involved a glass of champagne which never happened. The restuarant we were taken to as part of the evening was a rush affair, in/out no time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. At the end of the evening you were dropped of at the rockerfeller centre to get on with it. Sorry was not impressed at all.
