My experience of visiting New York was great. Really loved it and would recommend Viator and the city pass to everyone.

A real great value for money ! One week will not be too much to make it all, as museums like the Museum of Natural History or the Met are very very big. This pass will allow to skip most of the lines, as you will redeem the voucher at a special desk in most of the places. Even better in the Empire State Building, where you don't have to stay in line at all for a ticket. They will scan the appropriate voucher directly at the gate.

Enjoyed all excursions. Didn't use two of the museum passes. Definitely good to have tickets in hand when arriving at destinations.

The NYC Pass was great, but it was not crowded and I got in line at the front anyway. I saw the possible aisles for tons more people and was happy I was coming at a good time. We went to the Empire State to the top, but lines were barely there! Same with ferry to Statue of Liberty and all our attractions. The pass would help in long lines. I guess the time of year and midweek was the best idea.

The city pass was well worth it. You don't even have to see everything to get your money's worth.
