The city pass was great. I felt like a VIP at the Empire State Building. We were able to move more quickly because we didn't have to wait in the ticket line.

We think it's not o.k. for students as they pay for the citypass as adults.

If you plan to travel to NYC buy this CityPass. It is absolutely worth its money. And you skip most of the waiting lines which is a big advantage if your visit lasts only a few days. Nevertheless you should take the following two things into account 1. in the Natural History Museum you HAVE to wait in a line. At least if you want to use the coupon for the Planetarium which brings you a terrific 20 minute space show 2. there are security checks in front of the Empire State Building and the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. They can last up to 60 minutes and if you visit the Empire State Building in the evening you also have to wait up to an hour before boarding an elevator.
Are these facts reasons to advise against the CityPass - no, certainly not. You nevertheless save a bunch of bucks and skip most ticket lines. But you should take these delays into account before planning your trip and buying the pass. Have a nice time during your trip and take care of the traffic in Manhattan.

It's not easy for first timers to get to all the sites, but once we got there, they were very good. Instructions on where to line up could have been better. There is of walking and lots of stairs in New York.

We found the pass to be a very good value. The only complaint I have is with the city circle boat trip. They ran more than 1.5 hours late with the cruise. A lot of passengers complained. Everything else was good.

It is good to be able to plan your visits in advance. However, it does not get you in any quicker and you still have to queue!

This is a great value if you are spending some time in New York and want to take in the major attractions.

I definitely recommend the CityPass. However, it is easily accessible at any of the attractions at the same cost. It would be more appealing if Viator offered the pass at a discounted rate. Otherwise, you might as well buy them on site.

We enjoyed the museums and the other attractions. We never waited in any queues, and it was very easy to use the coupons.

This was a very good value. I would recommend it to all who are first-time NYC visitors, and for those who return to the museums. The trip on our specific line was great, but arrived at the wrong spot. They definitely need more clear information on where the different lines are located. We wasted a half day on things we had not planned.

I really liked it but I think card should include the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

It would have been good to know that the boats were not running on Tuesdays in March. We did enjoy the museums and the tour of the Empire State observation tower.
