It was great knowing that we would make it to the airport on time. We did not have to worry about it at all. I was glad to have my voucher because if money is getting scarce it was nice to only have to pay a tip. We called the day before leaving and were not yet on anyone's schedule, but they had no problems getting us scheduled.

The shuttle made it to the hotel on time and found us in the hotel lobby. The driver was friendly and helpful.

This is the second occasion on which I've used Viator - earlier this year at Charles De Gaul and most recently at Newark. I have to say that I am very impressed with the service and now that I'm retired and intend to travel more, I shall be using it even more frequently.

This takes away all the tension of arrival in a strange city. I have used Viator for this in Paris and New York a little more expensive than public transport but worth it to make arriving and departing stress free.
