This takes away all the tension of arrival in a strange city. I have used Viator for this in Paris and New York a little more expensive than public transport but worth it to make arriving and departing stress free.

Arrived at JFK, phone was easy to locate and shuttle was there within 15 minutes. Driver was very nice and helpful. Same on the return to JFK. Will use again.

The driver arrive about 30 minutes early. We were glad that we were ready. He was friendly and delivered us to the airport with enough time to catch our flight.

Late pick-up, 25 minutes, but got to the airport in plenty of time. As the traffic in New York is very, very busy you can not expect pick up times to be on time.
