Everything was OK but it was lunchtime when we got picked up so the traffic was pretty hectic but we got around and out to Newark OK.

We had to wait about 20 minutes at Newark after checking in to order transfer after presenting voucher. If we went again perhaps one of the party should go and report to the desk whilst others wait for baggage. A busy journey into town but very efficient. Saved by pre-booking.

Glad to have planned ahead for our transfer from hotel to the airport. Shuttle arrived on time and there were no problems using the voucher from Viator although it would have been 5 less there.

Our flight departure time was 9.20pm, with a three hour check in we obviously needed to be there by 6.20pm. I appreciate that allowances need to be made for the traffic but our pick up time was arranged for 4.10pm, they arrived at 3.50pm we were ready as instructed and we were dropped off at 5pm, after two other terminal drops and a 4th drop to follow us. I had expected to be picked up about an hour later than we were and I feel that the mix of passengers could have been better arranged so that we were not left at the airport with nearly an hour and a half more than necessary. JFK is not like Heathrow with lots to see and do.

The bus was about ten minutes late, but we were the last pick up and given NY traffic, I think this was pretty good. Definitely recommended if you don't want to take a taxi.
