Would like to give it a better recommendation but we were sitting in the shuttle for over 20 minutes because the shuttle had one empty seat and the driver went back into the airport to find one more person to travel with us.

Very good value for money, only problem was when I confirmed the pick up I was told the entrance on 42nd Street and the van actually was at 41st Street exit and had been waiting for us, the driver didn't seem happy at all.

Earlier pickup than I wished, but was late anyhow due to accident. Then midtown was gridlocked, so reached Newark with not much time to spare. Good value service and would use it again.

Although definitely worth doing, our flight wasn't until 5:25 so we were in the airport about 4 hours before we needed to be, and wasted almost a day's sightseeing in the city.
