The trip from start to finish was fantastic. We were upgraded to the Bateux New York Dinner cruise at the last minute, which was a great result. The only thing that wasn't quite perfect was the food. It wasn't bad by any standards, but maybe I would've expected a little better if I had initially booked this dinner cruise for the money it is. However, saying that, I believe that this was the best night of the four we stayed. Service was incredible, music and the views are the best in the world. I actually proposed to my girlfriend on the cruise. When the crew found out about it, they scattered the table with rose petals and gave us a bottle of champagne. It was a great end to a stunning evening. Would love to go on the cruise again!

A great night, lovely meal. Several different tickets, eg. you can be served first course and also get free champagne! I would recommend.

Had a excellent time on the dinner cruise, great atmosphere with good food and the service by all the staff was very good. There was a dancefloor for later on which was good fun with the waitresses etc singing and dancing, great views of Manhattan and Statue of Liberty too. Would highly recommend as it made our holiday special. Only tip I would say is wrap up warm for on the boat, the air conditioning was very cold!

This was the highlight of our stay in NYC! I've done some harbor cruises before, but this one by far takes the cake. From the elegant seating arrangements to the talented entertaining staff, this cruise was something to definitely remember for life!

Fantastic trip with great service and astonishing views of NY skyline at night, plus of course the Statue of Liberty. The 'live entertainment' advertised was a bit misleading. There was a DJ and the waiters and waitresses sang live. Having said that, the waiters and especially the waitresses had amazing voices. Would definitely go again.

Good entertainment and dancing, good food and fantastic night time views. Especially enjoyed the Statue of Liberty slow moving view with the patriotic music.

The picture of the boat is not the way it looks in person, but the inside was nice. Would do it again, but it is really expensive. Overall, the food was great and the staff were nice.

I made my reservations for a buffet dinner cruise with a cabaret show. I called the morning of the dinner cruise and at first, the rep I spoke with could not locate my reservation. When they finally did, they said that cruise had been cancelled, but we were scheduled on a different dinner cruise. The entertainment was a jazz band. It was nice, but not what we really wanted. Even though I had left a number for notification, I didn't receive one and would not have known if I had not called. When we arrived at the pier to pick up our tickets, they said someone else had chartered the ship we had originally paid for. I am not happy with the experience at all.

Although on the surface the trip was a fine idea, it left my wife and I with a bitter taste! The staff worked hard to make us feel special but we didn't feel that way. They were very gracious but it felt very contrived. The entertainment was very hokey. The best example of this is when we were in front of the Statue of Liberty and they played all that 'patriotic music.' The dinner portion felt rushed and the fact that our drinks were not included wasn't right either. We felt this cruise was better suited to young adults or children. It suckered eager tourists wanting a special night around this beautiful city into a bad tourist trap.
