The tour was really well done. We started on time, and the tour guide really knew his stuff. It was a great way to see the city, especially for us first timers.

It would have been slightly better to have had a bus with a clear roof, but other than that the trip was great and well worth doing.

As this was our first visit to New York we thought a comprehensive tour would give us a little taste of everything so we would know what to go back to visit, and this tour did not disappoint. We seemed to be seeing interesting places and sites continually throughout the day. The boat trip out to the Statue of Liberty was fabulous and finishing the day at the top of the Rockerfeller Building was just the icing on the cake. We all have brilliant memories from that day and the tour guide was knowledgeable, helpful, amusing and extremely professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending this tour to any newcomer to the city.

The tour was very good. I just thought that we would be returning to where we started. The tour guide was informed, funny, entertaining and told great stories. He really knows the city.

Learned a lot about New York. Sometimes it was too fast, sitting in a bus and heaving only a few seconds per attraction isn't really fast.

The trip was great, especially the bus driver and the tour guide. They were really excellent. I personally was a little tired by the end of the day but I thought it was well worth the money and time. Great job!

This was a very good tour, and the tour guide gave good explanations of everything we saw.

This was a great tour on average. There was a bit of confusion, and we didn't go on the luxury motor coach, but other than that, it was completely as advertised. We saw everything from downtown Manhattan, the harbor, and the Statue of Liberty all the way up to Harlem. There was no walk in Central Park and no stop at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, but we did see everything, even if it was usually a slow drive by. It's still recommended, but certainly improvable.

Visit to United Nations was replaced by Top on the Rock without prior notice. Otherwise very good tour!!

Our first time to New York so this was a great introduction to the city. We visited all major landmarks and the tour guide pointed out many things as we drove past them. Ferry trip out to Statue of Liberty was a highlight. Would recommend to any first timers to New York.

Worth the money! The Statue of liberty ferry ride was great. The guide on that trip was excellent.

A good way to see the sights of New York and decide what to go back to! Some delays on a cold day were annoying.

Arrived early to obtain front seat but then pushed back to allow 9 people who arrived at last minute as their party included one so called disabled person who actually walked faster than my wife.
Lunch was disgusting, luke warm burgers and chicken rolls and cold hard fries. Only coke to drink not even water available. Worst lunch we have ever had. Rest of the trip was excellent. Guide brilliant.
