Very enjoyable - the route was what was expected plus a few bonus loops around Empire State, Chrysler Building and twice around Times Square. Good value for an outstanding experience in a cloudless sky. Unforgettable! Good crew too.

Definitely worth doing; however, the flights are for four, and one person has to be in the bucket seat in the middle at the back. This would be no fun it you are tall. We were called by the company to take the flight early as the forecast was not too good, and I guess they wanted to fill the flights and thus create space later in the week. This said, the weather on our due date was not as good as during our flight, but this did not stop the flights running. The bottom line is that it is a marvellous experience...save up and get a helicopter to yourselves to avoid the bucket seat!

Really enjoyed it, but I'm sure it said everyone was guaranteed a window seat and I was sat in the middle.

Excellent flight, informative pilot and a wonderful way to see Manhattan. No 4-star rating as the flight time was not even 20 minutes, let alone the 30 minute advertised time.

Enjoyed the experience, but could not see some of the landmarks and places of interest because of the seating arrangements in the helicopter. I was sitting in the middle at the rear of helicopter.

Bit scary at times but worth doing for the views of Manhattan!

The flight itself was absolutely fantastic, but we had to wait 2 hours after our allotted time before we actually took off. We were not told of this delay when we arrived and was not briefed at all about what would be happening - just left there to sit and wait - very poor customer care. Again - the flight was fantastic, and the pilot very informative.

The helicopter flight itself was great; however, the organisation by the company on the day of the flight left a lot to be questioned. Our booking was for 11.30; we did not fly until 12.15 because the company had to recalculate our weights, in a very disorganised manner. Apart from that, it was great.

The flight goes by fast. It is important to sit on the left side of the copter. Overall the flight was great. Take your own pics in front of the copter so you don't get gouged after spending $500 for two. Man at checkout was unfriendly.

Flight and views were very good. Called on arrival to confirm time, but were made to wait in office for over an hour while they juggled people on flight - allow extra time for this. Would recommend doing later in the day.

Professional, helpful and courteous throughout but would have preferred to have some commentary during the flight, landmarks, history, anecdotes etc. As first time visitors to NY it was very difficult to take in all we saw and I think this would have helped.

The ride was great; however, the pilot was very quiet. I asked my daughter, who grew up in Florida, how she liked it, and she said it was OK, just a bunch of buildings.

The ride itself was amazing. Unforgettable views to all landmarks. The pilot was knowledgeable and fun. But I scheduled a 5:30 flight, and we ended taking of at 7:30. Not too happy about a 2 hour wait. It's not a 25-30 flight, it's 20-22 min at the most. Website advertises a free picture, and it's not free. If you sit in the wrong side of the helicopter, you will not enjoy the majority of the flight.
