The overall experience was nice. We didn't wait too long in any of the lines, and there were many. We saw what we expected, and the trip kept our 11-year-old interested.

It was fun. The sun was shining and the NYC skyline was glorious. There's a narrator who talks non stop, but if you're not familiar with NYC then listening to him babel about the history of the buildings and sites is worth it. The 1.5 hour tour is really all that's needed in that it's the same sites coming back. It's certainly worth doing once.

New York City is fabulous! I felt very safe and was impressed with how Times Square had been made "family friendly" since my last visit 20 years ago!

I'm biased. I lived in New York for 63 years so it wasn't anything new. However, celebrating my grandson's 8th birthday with our family was the pleasure. The weather was near perfect. The children enjoyed the sites and sounds. The guide made a very fine presentation. I give it an 'A'.

The initial organization was chaotic. There were people for two tours on the same line, which was utter confusion: nobody was coordinating, nobody knew what was going on, and nobody knew why there was so much delay. Once we were on the boat, the tour was good.

We did not stay much in front of the Liberty Statue. The amount of time for seeing the Statue should be longer.
