Everything was organized, on time, enough people to assist customers, pilot was nice and knowledgeable, with lockers to leave your belongings in a safe place. Good experience.

What an amazing tour. Andrew, our Pilot was awesome. I had been working in Staten Island for 5 1/2 months and had a week to go before returning home. This was the best way I could have seen NY. Andrew made me feel safe from the minute I got on the bird. This tour was 18 minutes. The views where breath taking and left a complete impression of NYC in my mind and heart. Thank you Andrew and Manhattan for the best memories I have ever taken home from a FEMA deployment.
We arrived early at Pier 6 as we weren't sure how long it would take to get there, and were greeted with smiles and told we would be brought forward, which meant less waiting around, excellent. The information given before the flight was good and concise, great for my son, who has autism, and the staff very helpful.
The flight was amazing, the views were breathtaking, and the inflight information from the pilot was good as it meant we could identify things from the sky. My son totally loved it, it made his holiday.
I think that the photos are, at $20 for one photo, pricey, but I found that to be the same all over New York! Of course, you are in a position where the I want factor kicks in and that is exploited a little. But it was a good photo.
I would recommend this to anyone visiting New York, altho it is expensive, it is a once in a lifetime opportunity, not to be missed, and the service given was 2nd to none. Thank you to all involved! :)

This was awesome as the Americans say all too often - but it really was. Great value, great service and fantastic experience. Would recommend to anyone. When we landed I just wanted to go again and again.
Very professional and enthusiastic staff made the helicopter ride a DEF experience of a lifetime.
Visiting from Australia, we prebooked online in advance and that helped speed up our processing on the day,
Once there, with the sun shining, our morning flight over the city was simply breathtaking.
Thank you to all involved, we will brag about it to our friends for ages.

The view from the helicopter left me speachless. Amazing experience.
We had a short delay at the heliport but it was worth the wait. A excellent tour well worth the Money.
I got to ride up front with the pilot, being the lightest member of the 6 on board. Simply stunning. We booked the 18 mins rather than the 12-15 and so glad we did, it was the fastest 18 mins of my life. Was worth the extra few mins to go further up the Hudson. Took some lovely photos. My 15 year old son was amazed and enthralled. It is a very smooth flight, no dips and dives, so first time flyers shouldn't fear! You can all speak to each other through the headsets on board and the 'New York' music made it more special. You have your photograph taken in front of the helicopter before boarding but unfortunately the day we had our trip their computers weren't working properly and we didn't get to take a souvenir pic home with us, despite their taking our e-mail address and saying that we would be e-mailed the pictures as soon as the system was up and running. Have e-mailed them a few times since, enclosing a photo of us to help them trace our picture, but to no avail. Apart from that mishap .... superb! A must-do if you are only there for a short time.
