I would highly recommend getting the meal ticket. The choice of restaurants was good and the food was great with lots of choices. You can also carry a meal over to the next day. If I had a negative it would be too much food for one day. With the price of food in NYC this was a great choice.
This is really very good! However, I would suggest adding more beverages as part of the covered stuff; alcoholic drinks should be part of this, as well as free refills. Food is always very much, very tasty and filling! The Cyber Cafe is a very good place to go, but more tables should be added, unless people want to eat sitting in the computer places.
I just wanted to mention what great experience I had with NYMT. This was such a good deal for anyone on a budget, as I was able to calculate exactly what my expenses would be for the whole trip! I really hate hidden charges so this was a great way for me to enjoy my great NY day. I really enjoyed the wonderful breakfast at Ellens Stardust not to mention the great singing that all the waiters do (feels like you are in the middle of a Broadway show)!! I also enjoyed my walk through Little Italy with the tasty authentic pasta at Florio's. Finally at the end of the day me and my friends went to Jack Demsey's to have some good ole Irish pub food, it was a very friendly atmosphere and right near the Empire State Building (they even have a pool table downstairs to play!). All in all I really think this is a great deal for anyone who wants to see ALL of New York, it gave me a variety of choices depending on where I was throughout the day.
Good value for money but disappointed over choice. Not as many eating places to choose from as expected.

there were only two resturants on the whole list that accepted this voucher, we trailed miles, only to be told they did not accept this meal ticket
Horrid burger chains, not top restaurants at all. Virtually no options for breakfast.
Do not buy this ticket! We didn't get a decent breakfast nor a booklet to get an overview. In some restaurants, they didn't even know about the meal ticket and it took them quite some time to figure it out. The idea is good, but it's not working properly.
The tour is overpriced for what we received. The restaurants were not up to par. The choices were limited to the cheapest items on the menu. I overpaid for only two meals that were available. We never got to the third restaurant because the taxi couldn't find it.
