We had a lot of fun. Our Guide Dennis Barbarito had a lot of interesting things to point out for us. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting New York.
We had an amazing time, a NYC tour with our tourguide Dave. We were with another couple from Canada and the Quinns were a great laugh. Great time had by all, the first bar had free hot dogs and the second had heads rolling down the bar by Westies and the third, well we were a little drunk by the end of the third bar after the owner ( our guide's friend who welcomed us at the door ) bought us drinks all night after the tour Ended. Great night had by all and the Rangers won so was an amazing night ( I think lol )

excellent! i will certainly recommend to all my friends! ended up to be more like arivate tour since it was just us and anothercouple from Wales.David knew everything and everybody! We ended at DJReynolds until 2am drinking with Dennis! What a great guy ! Came back the next day, for a pint of Guiness!

Great trip around some really interesting Pubs in the East Village. They all had real character and history and our guide Dennis was friendly, informed and funny.

Went on the West Village pub crawl on Saturday night. Tour guide was a local Yorker and his stories about the history, culture and people that made up the West Village were very entertaining and educational. It was a tour that I enjoyed completely. Looking back I have no doubts that it was the best evening of my trip to New York. I’d rate tour a five star. If I’m ever able to make it back to New York City again, I’m going to do another tour.
What a great night. The guide was brilliant! We felt we were on a night out with friends. Do not wear heels unless your feet are well rested beforehand. The last bar only sells beer so it was water for me. 1st bar served the best cosmo I've ever drunk!
Fabulous, definitely do it! The tour guide was fantastic, just a perfect mix of humour and history. Warmth, welcome and wit, you gotta do this tour. It was the highlight of the trip. So well planned and delivered, perfect. x
Great night out. Our guide was fun, knowledgable and a passionate New Yorker which made for an enthuasiatic tour of some of the bars and locals around West Village. I guess you take a gamble getting along with the other people who take the tour on the same night but after the first drink we were all best friends and although the official tour ended at 10.30 we stayed out til past 3.00! Expect a sore head in the morning but great fun. Our only regret was not doing this at the start of our NY trip as we learned a lot of useful stuff and some great places to go drinking next time.
Wished we had done this the first night we arrived. Dave our guide showed us round bars which we wouldn't of gone to normally, he showed a little of the real New York!! It was good fun, and it was goood to get away from the tourist areas. Also good oppotunity to speak with the locals, which we found them to be more than willing to chat the night away.
This is a great way to see a bit of New York night life and really learn about the locations as well as enjoying a drink. The guide was very knowledgable and entertaining. Had a great evening.
