Every thing was the best. The bus driver, and the tour guide, were great. I took my granddaughter for the first time to New York. They made the trip. I would say the tour was absolutely fantastic. They showed us New York, the way I would have liked to do it myself, but better.

The trip we took was on a cold, snowy day in March, although it did not spoil our trip. The actual tour was excellent and our guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

Fantastic tour! Our driver and guide could not have been any better. My sister and I were just in town for one weekend and this tour listed many of the things we wanted to see. We weren't sure how we would like a 5 and a half hour bus tour but it turned out to be the best thing we could have done! Our guide was amazing and gave us much information about history and architecture as well as tidbits about shopping, dining, and current events. She was loads of fun and great with questions. During the walking portions, she described what to expect and look for, as well as when to meet back at the bus in a very clear manner. In addition, she was available for chatting and answering questions without being overbearing. I honestly cannot say enough good things about it. Anyone else who might be hesitant to book it, like I was, should know that they will not regret it.

This was a great tour. We were worried about how long it would take to get to the pick up site but it took no time at all. The tour guide was knowledgeable and informative as well as polite and courteous. The driver was great as well, he didn't drive crazy or jostle us very much. They worked well together and they added humor to the trip. I would definitely use this service next time I am in NYC.

We had a bit of trouble finding the pickup point, but only because we were not familiar with street signage. It would have been a lot easier if you could have said 'outside such and such building' as there are a lot of possible landmarks in Times Square. The actual tour was fantastic. Our guide was excellent and told us so much more than we could have found out by ourselves. As we were only in New York for a couple of days we were able to see everything famous without the hassle of having to find our way there. The tour gave us a good idea of how far away we were from e.g. Empire State, Ground Zero etc. so we could arrange to visit again the next day.
As complete strangers and a bit naive about finding our way around big cities this tour was just what we required to see everything we wanted to see. As the temperature was well below freezing all day a complimentary hot drink would have gone down better than the ice cold coke available from the bus! Would thoroughly recommend the tour.
Great way to see the sights. Taken direct to drop off points, personal escorted tour, very knowable. This is an ideal day where some one else does all the work for you. Nice and relaxing. I will do this again and recommend the service.

The tour is good, though traffic was pretty bad and you need more time to cover more sights, such as the United Nations.

We were able to walk to where the bus started the tour. The bus was fully air conditioned with water on board. We did not have a lot of time off the bus, but it was a good way to get around New York and find out a bit of history. I would definitely recommend it.

This was our first time in New York City! Take a city tour with Viator. It's a great tour that includes all the attractions one wants to see on their first trip. The guides are helpful in answering questions about New York and include many interesting facts and tidbits.

This tour is worth doing because you get to see sights that you perhaps wouldn't see. It was a fraction too long, especially if traffic is heavy and people don't return to the bus on time.
