- The tour stops at South Street Seaport for lunch, however meals are not included
- Tour does not stop at the Statue of Liberty's island. The tour sails back and forth on the Staten Island Ferry
- Unfortunately at this time, the shuttles are not able to accommodate those who need handicap access
- Shuttles has no space for wheelchairs or large strollers
