Although we booked for the brunch it was changed to dinner because lack of numbers. We had a magic night all 12 of us,it was just like a huge party, we will have great memories of the night for a long time.

An extremely pleasant experience, slowly cruising up the Hudson river. The food was plentiful, and well prepared,the waiting staff were very hospitable and friendly. One small point on the food, perhaps there could have been a small description of the items which it was not obvious what they were! All in all a very enjoyable three hours.

Very difficult to fault anything, the service, entertainment, choice of food was all very very good. Just one comment and that is it would of been nice if the greeting host had smiled a little instead of looking so stressed.

Wow, absolutely amazing. The food service was fantastic, wonderful setting, etc. Only downside was that we were expecting to go closer to the waterfall under Brooklyn Bridge and we didn't get close at all. Otherwise fantastic and highly recommend it.

It was my sisters and my first trip to New York City, and this tour is a must. Once on board, you are treated like a Queen and the brunch was awesome. Tasty and great variety! Just loved the complimentary champagne/orange juice drink we received as soon as we sat down at our table. It was a beautiful Sunday in New York that day, and we thoroughly enjoyed lounging on the top deck and leisurely watching the amazing scenery on the shoreline, and of course, the Statue of Liberty up close!
Concerns - We arrived an hour early as instructed, to be told rather abruptly that they were not beginning to take our vouchers for an hour so we had to STAND in the heat for another hour, when we had rushed to get there. Other passengers were quite upset about this as well. Also, as much as it was nice to have a pianist at the brunch, the music was a little too loud, and something more relaxing I believe he was playing jazz would have been more suitable for a Sunday Cruise. And finally, the windows should be cleaned before each cruise.
Other than that, I would truly say that no trip to New York as a tourist is complete without taking in this cruise. We feel that we surely received more than our money's worth! p.s. As we waited in line, we watched the other cruise line next to us at the harbour load up with people in jeans and very casual shorts etc. just PACKING into their boat and felt we had definitely made the right choice to sail in far more formal attire.
My sister and I really enjoyed this cruise. It was the first time we have done something like this and I must say we loved every minute of it. The crew was very friendly made you feel welcome the food was lovely and very well presented the views was breathtaking, couldn't fault it 100 from start to finish.

This was a perfect day, very relaxing and a great way to see the beautiful Statue of Liberty. We really enjoyed the delicious food and the view. Take your time eating, there is plenty of time and they keep the food out the entire time. Save room for the cheesecake and all of the other yummy desserts.

We spent just 3 days in New York and the cruise rounding off a fantastic time. The staff were very helpful, with plenty of choice of food. The only negative, tea could be more readily available as was the coffee.

This was a great experience. The food was moderate, but the incredible atmosphere, views, and service certainly made it worth while. I would recommend adding this to your NY trip.

We had great a time. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really appreciate the effort you did when you recognize the birthday of our son by singing a birthday song for him and the cookies and candles.

I forgot to call 24 hours in advance to confirm the booking so only called an hour before boarding. The lady I spoke to was polite and helpful, when we arrived for boarding we were already on the list. The boat was spotless, the food and service excellent, an 18% tip is added to the bill for all drinks, if they hadn't done that I would have tipped more. The waitress even took time to suggest shops that my wife might like to visit. If you want a table near the window, get there an hour before boarding as the boat was full.
