Good view of the city. Only upgrade could be prompter service and more readily available alcoholic beverages.

Great time on the ship. My grandson, 16 yrs old from Florida, had a great time. Food was good and plenty of it. The trip felt a little short. It would be nice to have a longer trip.

This was very good, the food was wonderful and the staff were very helpful. It would have been nice for areas and buildings to be pointed out. But was a lovely day indeed.

We weren't sure what to expect, some of the reviews mentioned large crowds and slow service. But we were pleasantly surprised. The food was good, the views of the New York harbour very beautiful, and staff were most helpful. We would recommend this.

Great cruise, the brunch was very nice and a great way to see the Statue of Liberty without having to brave the line ups to ferry over to the island. Would definitely recommend it to new visitors to New York.

The boarding procedure was good. The food was also good. The access to the buffet was crowded and disorganized, and needs improvement.

Excellent views of the city. The food was good but could have been better. It was also tacky to only offer one complimentary glass of juice per passenger when each one paid as much as they did. Overall, a worthwhile experience for a first timer.

Really thrilled I took the trip - the views from the yacht were amazing together with the excellent food and service from the crew, overall definitely would recommend it!

Both the boat and staff were lovely. The only negative was the length of the line to pick up tickets, but once you're on the ship, you forget about that.

Overall very good, though the food was disappointing - plenty of it but the choices were not up to much.

I thought the boat was beautifully decorated, and the food just delicious. I was just a little disappointed about the entertainment. They had a piano player who played for a very short while upstairs, then went to play downstairs for the remainder of the trip. We were able to listen for about 1/2 hour, then for the next 90 minutes, the people downstairs were the lucky ones. Other than that, I would recommend this trip, it is well worth the money spent.

It was OK, but could have been better

I wish there had been a better way to exchange the voucher for the tickets as we had to queue for ages in temperatures of 90 degrees! It also took forever to get on the boat as they don't pre-allocate your table until you step onto the boat and then there was one lady deciding on which table to seat you! So we were very hot & bothered by the time we sat down! Food ran out at an extra-ordinary rate and replenishing supplies didn't happen quickly, or efficiently or at all in some cases, even when one asked! Plates also ran out! We ended up eating very little. The idea of a cruise is lovely and we wish we'd done it without the brunch. There wasn't any commentary, which was a real shame because, as a tourist, it would have been nice to have some building sites pointed out - we knew the Statue of Liberty, of course! Be aware, there are no cabs waiting when you disembark - we were incredibly lucky to wave one down quite quickly in the main road, as I envisaged there might be a problem and we were one of the first off the boat.

We are following up with the boat staff, as nobody should have to wait in a long queue in the hot sun. We take your feedback seriously and will do everything we can to improve the efficiency and service.
