The day trip was excellent. From starting out in new York the organisation was first class. It was a very early start (6.20am) and a late finish (midnight) but well worth it. The tour guide in Canada Eduardo was excellent and very helpful. The buffet lunch at The Sheraton was excellent. Our return flight from Buffalo to New York was slightly delayed but not by much. In summary an excellent trip well worth the long day.
Very well organized and our tour guide Giuseppe was brilliant. My wife and I decided to do this day trip as we only had 10 days in New York and so glad we did. Only a small group of about 20 made it enjoyable and personal. Highly recommended day trip. Ross and Sandra Brisbane Australia.
The pick up was 4 a.m. And we had to go to another hotel to be picked up. Apart from that the whole day was run smoothly. The falls were amazing especial as the mist had frozen on the surrounding area. The tour guide Guiseppe was great. He was interesting and entertaining. We also had a great lunch at a nearby hotel
This was a worthwhile and amazing tour. Edwardo our guide was fantastic and paid us a lot of attention. He made sure we got the most out of our trip. The trip was well organised and our pick-up person had our boarding passes ready which made everything go smoothly. Would definitely recommend this tour.
It was a full day tour that was very well organised. The whole day ran smoothly from pick up to drop off.
Upon our arrival in Buffalo after flying from NYC, we were greeted by our friendly guide and driver. From that moment it was a non stop day of seeing all the sights. Niagara Falls was spectacular and the Maid of the Mist boat trip was a great experience albeit a wet one!! There is a lot to see in the area and our guide made sure we got the most out of the experience. I would highly recommend this trip and felt that it was good value for money but be prepared for a long day. Our pick up was 6.30am and our drop off was around 11pm.
Was great day but a long one. Totally worth the effort and we were blessed with a sunny day.
You get up very close to the falls from the top on both falls.
The Maid of the Mist is great and surprising, especially the wind that's generated and you get wet!
The Canadian side was great, especially the lunch from the top of the Sheraton Hotel - great view!
FANTASTIC !! The organisation was superb, everything going like clock-work. Pick up at hotel right on time, Transfer to airport, boarding passes, arrival at Buffalo, and transfer to our bus for drive to Niagara, Maid of the Mist, cross to Canadian side, lunch at (was it the Sheraton?) excellent. Back to American side for final photo op then back to airport for flight to New York and transfer to our hotel. The whole experience, and organisation, perfect in every way. Thank you Viator !!!
It was an early start for us as we were picked up from our hotel at 4.15am and arrived at JFK airport an hour later and take off was at 6.30am with Jet Blue and the flight was only 50 minutes to Buffalo/Niagara Falls airport. We were met there by our tour guide Guissepe (an italian, but his knowledge of the falls was excellent) and then taken to American Falls for boat trip on "Maid of the Mist". After this we were taken across the border to see the Canadian side of the falls and the Rainbow Bridge gift shop. The buffet lunch in Sheraton Hotel was very good and then we were back across the border into USA to look down on the falls from American side. Flight back to New York was at 4.35pm and arrived back at our hotel at about 7.30pm. It was a very good day trip to visit the second "must see" attraction in the world, thoroughly enjoyed it.
