Excellent well organised. Saw the falls from many spots- great!! Only let down was driver kept stalling for lunch by showing things we were not interested in- rather than telling us we had a set time slot for lunch. Also sign on bus staying we had to pay driver 15-20 gratuity of tour a bit steep not to mention didnot know what his section of the tour cost??
This was excellent - the guide that met us at the airport in Buffalo was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful day out. In fact from hotel Pickup to the airport to return to hotel at midnight was all very professionally done
Very nice trip with a lot of experience, our tour guide was also very nice and helpfull. The only problem was that our plane was cancelled and we had to go back by bus which took 7 hours. But except this it was wonderfull and would recommend it to everybody.
Would definitely do this tour again out tour guide was absolutely amazing his name was Giuseppe. He knew a lot of information and made it a great day
It was well worth the early start. Our tour guide Giuseppe was excellent and made our trip a memorable experience.
What a fantastic day but a long one and ensure you do the Canadian side like we did. The Guide we had was very good and tried to assist as much as possible in getting close as possible to locations. Lunch overlooking the falls was spectacular.
Excellent tour from start to finish even the drama of the drug scandal didn't spoilt it x
Highly recommended tour. Everything was well planned, the flight, bus and the attracions.
Very interesting and informative tour with perfect organization.
Long day but saw a lot of the falls both American an the Canadian sides. Great buffet lunch, excellent and knowledgably guide
The tour was brilliant. Everything went smooth and the guide was great.. It's a very long day (16 hrs) but woeh it.
The day trip was excellent. From starting out in new York the organisation was first class. It was a very early start (6.20am) and a late finish (midnight) but well worth it. The tour guide in Canada Eduardo was excellent and very helpful. The buffet lunch at The Sheraton was excellent. Our return flight from Buffalo to New York was slightly delayed but not by much. In summary an excellent trip well worth the long day.
Very well organized and our tour guide Giuseppe was brilliant. My wife and I decided to do this day trip as we only had 10 days in New York and so glad we did. Only a small group of about 20 made it enjoyable and personal. Highly recommended day trip. Ross and Sandra Brisbane Australia.
The pick up was 4 a.m. And we had to go to another hotel to be picked up. Apart from that the whole day was run smoothly. The falls were amazing especial as the mist had frozen on the surrounding area. The tour guide Guiseppe was great. He was interesting and entertaining. We also had a great lunch at a nearby hotel
This was a worthwhile and amazing tour. Edwardo our guide was fantastic and paid us a lot of attention. He made sure we got the most out of our trip. The trip was well organised and our pick-up person had our boarding passes ready which made everything go smoothly. Would definitely recommend this tour.
It was a full day tour that was very well organised. The whole day ran smoothly from pick up to drop off.
Upon our arrival in Buffalo after flying from NYC, we were greeted by our friendly guide and driver. From that moment it was a non stop day of seeing all the sights. Niagara Falls was spectacular and the Maid of the Mist boat trip was a great experience albeit a wet one!! There is a lot to see in the area and our guide made sure we got the most out of the experience. I would highly recommend this trip and felt that it was good value for money but be prepared for a long day. Our pick up was 6.30am and our drop off was around 11pm.
Was great day but a long one. Totally worth the effort and we were blessed with a sunny day.
You get up very close to the falls from the top on both falls.
The Maid of the Mist is great and surprising, especially the wind that's generated and you get wet!
The Canadian side was great, especially the lunch from the top of the Sheraton Hotel - great view!
