Be careful if going in bad weather. If your return flight is cancelled and they can't get you on another flight, accommodation until the weather clears is at your own expense. The best view of the falls is in the winter, when most of it is frozen - it was beautiful!

The falls are magnificent in the summer in full flow, but in the winter when the river is completely iced over, they just take your breath away.

The views were spectacular, snow and ice everywhere. Has to be the best time of year to go. We were 2 of probably 30 people there in total, and the only people in our tour. Had a great guide with a lot of passion for the job. Buffet lunch was average, the view from the restaurant made up for this though. A long day, but one we will never forget.

Be prepared for the 4am start, but believe me when I say you will find it all worth while when you see how beautiful Niagara is. We were very pleased with the lovely meal and the views from the restaurant also included in the tour. As an added extra I think it would have been great to have gone up to the look out tower to have had photos high up.

The tour was brilliant. Our guide was very nice and down to earth and had knowledge of everything about the falls. I was very horrified by the company and drivers used to bring us to and from the airport. In addition, our printout stated that we would be met by a tour guide at the airport who would accompany us to the destination and back. We were not met by anyone.

This was a fantastic day. An early start - picked up at 5.20am from the hotel - from there the day ran like clockwork. Flights to and from Buffalo were good. Our guides were there to meet us in Buffalo and were funny and informative throughout the day. The visit got better and better starting on the American side of the falls and then moving to the Canadian side for even more spectacular views. Lunch at the Sheraton was very good indeed. The highlight of the trip was the Maid of the Mist boat trip - not to be missed. The timings for the day were good with plenty of time to look around, shop for souvenirs & duty free and take photos. It's a day that all of us will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you.
