Very long day, but well worth it. As we went in winter, we did the behind the falls tunnel tour, was brilliant. There was only 4 of us on the tour, so we did alot of extra things and went to a couple of wineries on Niagara lakes aswell and the day wasn't rushed. If you do have time though, I reccommend also the 2 day trip from New York, as driving through upstate new York is stunning.

Great tour! Although we had bad luck with the weather but our driver Giuseppe nevertheless showed us everything! Bad luck also with a 2hour flight delay.

The trip to Niagra Falls was an unbelievable experience and worth every cent. All we had to do was meet at prearranged meeting point and sit back and enjoy, evrything was taken care of. Lunch in Windows restaurant over looking the falls a highlight among many. Special thanks to Eduardo our guide

One of the premium tours we booked, the day trip to Niagra Falls did not disappoint. From hotel pick-up to return the day was packed with excitement and breathtaking scenery. Snow made the Falls experience quite magical.
Guiseppi our guide was great and kept us entertained with his knowledge.

Fantastic full day trip, well worth it. The falls look amazing in the winter but make sure you rug up because -15 degrees C is VERY cold :)

This is the best way to see Niagara. Very well organized. Pick up on time and got plenty of time at the falls. And since we visited in December, the lights at the fall came on early. It was amazing.

This was our 2nd tour with Viator during our New York trip. It was so organised and hassle for the customer and will definitely use Viator again. The trip to Niagara Falls was a very long day but so worth it. Our tour guide was called Guiseppe and what can I say about him? He was absolutely fantastic with a great sense of humour too. We imagined the tour to be driving to the falls from the airport and looking at it from the top, but it was so much more than that!! We were taken to several different areas of the falls in the day and then viewed the falls at night when they were lit up. Our buffet that was detailed in the package was again far more than we expected it to be. The all you can eat buffet was in the Sheraton Hotel overlooking the falls with a fantastic view! We also stopped at the power station on the way home which was very interesting and unexpected. All round it was well worth the money! Thank you Guiseppe!!!!

Wonderful tour, plenty of time was allowed to see the waterfall.The lunch buffet included was excellent,food was good and the view from restaurant was amazing. You can see both Niagara waterfalls while you eat. We also got to see the fall with illumination. The flight they booked was very nice too.

Well worth every cent! Hassle free and well organised. Pick up was on time and transfer through airports very well coordinated. Instructions from tour guides and operators made it a hassle free day. Very long outing but you really do get to see the falls from every angle. Highly recommended

This was a most awesome experience. The pick up from the hotel, the flights, pick up the other end and the whole day out was truly memorable and we loved every moment of it and felt it was incredibly good value for money.
