This was a fantastic day. An early start - picked up at 5.20am from the hotel - from there the day ran like clockwork. Flights to and from Buffalo were good. Our guides were there to meet us in Buffalo and were funny and informative throughout the day. The visit got better and better starting on the American side of the falls and then moving to the Canadian side for even more spectacular views. Lunch at the Sheraton was very good indeed. The highlight of the trip was the Maid of the Mist boat trip - not to be missed. The timings for the day were good with plenty of time to look around, shop for souvenirs & duty free and take photos. It's a day that all of us will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you.

This was a fabulous trip. Everything ran like clockwork. The falls are amazing and the Maid of the Mist boat ride was a never to be forgotten experience. It was a long day but well worth it.

Well organised and run trip. Delays in return flight were down to JFK Airport closing down for bad weather and there is not much anyone can do when this happens. Guide was a first class, friendly and informative guide. Lunch venue and quality, quantity of food were first class. An excellent trip well worth the money even though it is a long day.

I can't say enough about this trip it was fantastic. Our tour guide was so lovely, very helpful and informative. It was sad to say goodbye to her. The views of the falls were spectacular, beautiful lunch and a trip I will never forget. The maid of the mist was fantastic, even though it was raining and we got saturated but totally worth it. We took 2 children and they had a great time even though it was a long day. Give this 15 out of 10.

It was a very well organised trip - well executed - very friendly tour guides - We both enjoyed our day to Niagara Falls very much and have fabulous photographs and very fond memories!!!

It was a long but brilliant day out, well organised and carried out. We were all treated very well. One small point: Our minibus contained a mix of English and German speaking people, so our guide had to repeat everything in both languages, which would be avoided if people could have been organised into single language groups.

We really enjoyed this trip. Our guide was great. We ate lunch at the 13th floor of a restaurant from where we had fantastic views of the falls. Seeing the falls from the Maid of the Mist was fantastic, too. Seeing the falls from the American side towards the end of the day is also really good. This trip is well worth it and well worth the money.

It was a long day, but the trip was well worth it. The guide we had was knowledgeable and good fun to be with, and that, along with the weather, made for a great day out. The only slight mar on the day was the flight delay on the way back.

The whole experience was awesome. All guides were friendly, informative and really helpful. Transport was coordinated perfectly. The time at the falls was ideal, and lunch venue spectacular. With everything taken care of travel wise, we would recommend this tour to anyone with only a day to spare to see the falls and do the essential Maid of The Mist. An incredible day!!

A fantastic trip. Very well organised from start to finish. Picked up at hotel at 5am and taken to JFK. Flight was short, and everything ran like clockwork. Niagara Falls was awesome. Our courier was excellent. It was a long day as we did not get back to our hotel until 10pm, but this day was the highlight of our vacation. Would highly recommend this trip. Thanks, Viator.

Niagara has to be done, especially if you can do a helicopter flight.
