Amazing! Very long day with a 4am start but well worth it. The only negative was the plane had engine difficulty which meant we were delayed at JFK for 2 hrs while Jet Blue got another plane. Because of this the tour guide that met us at Buffalo was in a grumpy mood as we'd lost 2 hours and was rushing like crazy to fit everything in before our flight back. It was fine for most but my 9 year old and some older people on the tour had trouble keeping up as he was just about running. Having said this though his only concern was that he didnt want us to miss anything which we were gratefull for. We rode the maid of the mist which we all loved and got drenched especially the kids. The buffet was really good and lots of healthier choices which was nice. And the most important part was the falls which have to be seen to appreciate them. They are beautiful and I'd recommend this tour for sure.

My day trip to Niagara from NY was just great. It was an early start (4.10am) - if you enjoy breakfast either take some with you, or grab a bite at JFK before flight departure. Apart from a coffee stop at an Indian Trading Post there is no real food until lunchtime. Everything on the journey went like clockwork - make sure you have your passport as you need it for your travel into Canada and for your return to the US. We were given plenty time to see the falls from both sides of the border, and the journey on the Maid of the Mist is a load of fun (make sure your boots/shoes/trainers are waterproof). The buffet in the Canadian Sheraton hotel was first class. Special praise however goes to Eduardo our guide who met us in Buffalo - he was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us bond as a group - in fact very good company. I am very glad that I made the trip and would happily recommend it. A satisfied visitor from UK.

Our great guide Eduardo was both informative and organised. It was a nice sized group of 17. We saw lots and had just the right amount of free time. Of course the falls themselves and the 'maid of the mist' ride were pretty special. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely the best day out ever. Extremely well organised and although a very early start it was riveting all day. Great lunch overlooking the falls.

Amazing and a well organised tour. We had a lot of Aussie's on our trip and i think that is what made it so much fun. You get to spend enough time at all of the stops and the views are spectacular. The get to see both side of the falls. The food at lunch is really good, what you would expect from a 5 star venue. It is well worth the money. Highly recommended .

A must do when in New York. It is a very long day (our pick up was at 4:10am) but well worth it. Everything is taken care of for you, you just need to sit back, relax and enjoy the day. Plenty of time on both the Canadian and American sides. The maid of the mist is amazing and the buffet at the Sheraton hotel is lovely. We had 2 brilliant guides Marta and Manfred! Quite a comedy duo! Returned to New York approx 7pm.

An absolute must to do. Niagara falls is spectacular. We sailed on the Maid o' the Mist and it was exhilarating and so much fun sailing into the Horseshoe Falls getting completely doused. Viewing it from above on both sides of the border is no less impressive to view and finally going down to the Caves of the Wind by the Bridal Veil Falls is an absolute hoot.

Loved, Loved, Loved, this tour. We were able to visit the falls from the Canadian side and had lunch at the Sheraton overlooking the falls. It was breath taking and a memory forever. We also enjoyed visiting Canada and seeing our first deer and black squirrels on the road sides. It is a long day and we had to be up around 3am but it was so worth it and i would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Niagra Falls. We took our 10yr old son and he loved every minute as well.
