A Day Trip not to be missed!
Early start to the morning with pick-up from the New York Hotel...around 5 o'clock. No issues in checking in at airport, as boarding pass was ready, only formality was security.
Flight was on time and within an hour of departure we arrived in Buffalo Airport. No waiting around...they were there ready to pick us up to Niagara Falls. Driver was pleasant and was able to communicate in English, Italian and Spanish, to delight of the visitors.
We kicked off with Maid of the Mist...WOW!
Buffet at Sheraton Hotel overlooking the falls only added to the splendor. Time allowed for gifts...though could have spent more time at "Table Rock". Two delays encountered, namely crossing the boarder via the bridge - due to traffic congestion (but not too long either) and a return flight back home, was delayed by two hours. We would have encountered another delay due to an accident on highway back to Buffula Airport, but Driver was informed and was able to drive an alterate route to ensure we arrived at airport on time. Getting back to New York Hotel, was no issue either, as they were waiting.
I'd do it again...

Wonderful tour. Would highly recommend it! Amazing scenery and the "Maid of the Mist" cruise was fantastic. Very well organised, saw everything we wanted to see. Delicious lunch. Great tour guide and bus driver.

The day trip to Niagara was fantastic. Our guide Carl was so informative and nothing was a bother to him. The buffet lunch was great with an amazing view of the falls.

Best tour ever what can i say loved it... loved it loved it.We had a fantastic day buffet lunch over looking the falls at the sheraton . This tour ran like clock work . The Maid of the Mist fantastic didn't wait in any queue's . Flight's were all organised for us couldn't fault this tour .

Day was long, but enjoyable! Lunch was good, but a very early morning wake up.
The boat ride into the midst was very exciting.

Another incredible highlight of our trip. We were picked up at 6.30 am and driven to JFK airport where we waited for our 9.30 flight. As we arrived at the airport by 7.20am it seemed a little early but the traffic in new york is very unpredictable.So it gave us time to have breakfast in one of the cafes there. Flight time was 50 mins and then we were met by Eduardo who looked after us all day, and very well too. A lovely man.
As we were a mixed bunch he had to say everything 3 times. once in english, then in italian and then in spanish. We went straight to the Canadian side of the Falls and did the maid of the mist ride first. followed by lunch at the Sheraton Hotel with perfect views of the falls.
then back on the bus to see some other spots, floral clock, hydro electric plant , etc and the crazy township, flashing lights, ferris wheels,
pinball parlours all sorts of unexpected stores.
A cross between vegas and disneyland. Weird. nothing like i imagined it to be.
We had to be back accross the border by 5pm, so then we explored the american side of the falls till 7pm. Finally it was time to go back to Buffalo airport. Eduardo took us in and gave us our boarding passes and said farewell.
Our plane was delayed by an hour, so we had a leisurely dinner at a restaurant at the airport and Guess What? We had buffalo wings in Buffalo.
Back to JFK and then collected by a van and returned to our hotels by midnight. A long day but well worth it!!!!!

The trip was very well organised and all the staff were very courteous, professional and friendly. Our plane was delayed for 2 hours on our return from Buffalo airport to JFK and it was getting late but the minibus driver, to our delight, was there to transfer us all to our hotels. Some other travelers using a different tour company were not so lucky and had to make their own arrangements to get back to their hotels. I would highly recommend Viator and will definitely be using them again.

We do not regret taking this trip. It was very interesting and something you can't immagine to see. Our tour guide (Guseppe Saiaba) was very good. He expalined many things and tried to show us what he could in the limited time we had. He was very helpful with the group. Thanks to Guseppe and the driver too. Niagara is really a wonder.
