This was a brilliant tour. It starts very early, as we were picked up at 4.15am from our hotel but the early start is well worth it. The tour visted both the Canadian and US sides of the Falls and included a fantastic boat trip on the Maid of the Mist. There was a nice lunch provided at a hotel overlooking the Falls and the tour guide was very entertaining. This tour is well worth the expense.

A well-organised day, starting with an on-time pickup, a pleasant flight, a friendly tour guide and a tasty lunch overlooking the falls. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Niagra falls was absolutely amazing!! Well worth the money!! It is a long day with an early morning start but very worthwhile, it's good to get a break from the busy city of New York!! Flights were excellent and staff were really friendly, then our tour guide Guiseppie who met us when we got off our flight in Buffalo was brilliant! A real breath of fresh air!! He was informative, funny and punctual and ensured everyone had a good time! The boat tour was amazing then the buffet lunch in the Sheraton hotel was also excellent with restaurant on the top floor looking over Niagara falls! Brilliant picture opportunities!!! Overall the trip was very worthwhile and I would recommend it to anyone!

This is one VERY long day - but a bargain for the price. Well organised, great lunch, excellent tour guide - and Niagara is really a "must see". Just stunning. The New York-end pick-up and drop-off was less efficient. More "don't really care" attitude - but it still worked OK.

Great time. Everything delivered as scheduled. Good job all around. Word of warning only because I feel it's only right. You have to be able to keep up a pretty quick pace. Thanks to Viator for a great job!

I spent a week in New York and the trip to Niagara Falls was by far the highlight .
Everything was so well organised and our guide that took us to the falls was fab . It's a long day , we were picked up at 4am and returned at about 8pm . So need a beer when we returned to the hotel . A great trip . The memories of a double rainbow over the falls , will stay with me always . The falls are a must see for everyone and I have already recommended the trip to all my friends who are visiting NY . Well worth the money . If in doubt about booking . ( I was ) . Don't be . You will have a fab day .

Brilliant! Everything was organised and smooth. A van picked us up, took us to the airport and the driver had already printed out our boarding passes. Out guide Debbie waited for us in Buffalo when we got off the plane. It was 5 of us so the group was small and therefore we could see more places than usually since we didn't have to wait for anybody. Spent most of the day on the Canadian side since the view there is better. Lunch was amazing, you have a view to the falls while eating. The guide really showed us the best places and kept us entertained. Definitely worth every dollar, the falls are breathtaking!

Enjoyed Niagara Falls it was well organised and the tour guide was very good. We had a super lunch over looking the Falls the only downside to the trip was the 6 hours we had to wait for a flight back to New York with no information or reason why the delay

Very well arranged and communicated. It was everything as advertised and more with great guide on hand at all times. Even when we had delayed return flight the return pickup at JFK was still waiting. If you visiting new York and want a away DAY from the city this is a great choice and would recommend VIATOR.

This was an amazing day out. Forget the incredibly early start, it must not be missed! The whole day went without a hitch from being picked up at our hotel, flying to Buffalo via JFK and being transported on both the Canadian and American sides around Niagara Falls. Our guide Eduardo was so good and made the trip such a huge success, he must be applauded. The buffet meal at The Sheraton overlooking the Falls was excellent and I would love to do the trip all over again. It is well worth the money and if you are in NY you must go on this trip
