An exceptional sight to see. Although the trip started early from the hotel, it was an exceptional experience and well worth getting up early for.

Niagara Falls is a must for any traveler to see. The service provided was second to none. Punctual transport to and from airport. Comprehensive instructions and assistance from guides. Niagara tour guide and lunch content and location were out of this world; exceptional value for money trip. Highly recommended.

This trip is not to be missed. Despite our flight being cancelled out of JFK then being re-scheduled an hour or so later it was definitely worth doing. We finally arrived in Buffalo around 1 o'clock where we were met by our guide who was fantastic. There was about 3 feet of snow but this did not stop us seeing all the sights and I think made it even more special. Lunch was fantastic overlooking the falls and we had loads of time to fit everything in despite the late departure. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of taking this trip to do so. The day is extremely long but worth every minute.

Things didn't get off to a great start, as we were picked up an hour late with no explanation, but the day at Niagara was excellent. Our guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and obviously adores the Falls - she really made our day. There were plenty of photo stops and time to just wander. The buffet lunch was fine, though a bit long, but the views from the hotel restaurant were magnificent. The flight home was delayed by a couple of hours, but as long as you accept this is going to be a long and unpredictable day, it really is a brilliant experience.
