The only down side was having to get a taxi at 4am to go to another hotel which was rather seedy and hang around to be picked up. Another thing was on the way home we had to go to Rochester to fly back to New York rather than Buffalo, it made the trip a lot longer.

This tour is brilliant. Be prepared for a long day, but it is worth it. We had a fantastic time and we met some wonderful fellow travelers. One observation, however: our seats for the flight to Buffalo were not together and we had to negotiate with other passengers so we could sit next to each other.

Wonderful experience, experienced tour operators who didn't leave a stone unturned. Our tour guide who picked us up from Buffalo airport was terrific. Would recommend this trip to anyone who has a few days in NY, a true wonder of the world!!!

This tour was great. Our guide was really first class. Our big letdown was the five hour delay at the Buffalo Airport on our way back to New York. Granted, it was delayed due to a thunderstorm, but some customer service help would have been really appreciated.

Beautiful amazing, a to-do thing when you're in NY, well organised!! Really! Our guide was very talkative and friendly, knows a lot of things about the place, definitely worth it!

I would recommend this trip to anyone. It was fantastic! The guide was really friendly and took time out to make sure everyone in the group felt included. He took us everywhere!! It was money well spent, and the lunch was lovely as well.

Niagara Falls is a must do in ones lifetime, literally breathtaking. I am not one to be easily pleased. Although was waiting in hotel lobby from 540 am and was not picked up till 625 am. Tour guide on other side was very very good and free lunch at Sheraton was excellent.

Absolutely amazing!!! The best-organised and most smoothly run trip I was ever on. The views from the hotel restaurant where you have lunch are beautiful. Food was fab, and our guide was really lovely and informative. Definitely worth doing, but get a good night's sleep the night before you go as it is a very long day!

I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting New York. Our guide was excellent, she looked after us from start to finish and her commentary was very informative. The falls themselves were spectacular and I am so glad that we chose this trip!

An exceptional sight to see. Although the trip started early from the hotel, it was an exceptional experience and well worth getting up early for.
