It was well worth the experience. A little delay getting out of Kennedy Airport initially but a fantastic trip, great and enjoyable guide. Didn't get to do Maid of the Mist but felt we benefited in other ways, no crowds, got a fantastic view of all the falls and indeed the whole area.

This was a brilliant tour. I would recommend going in the summer, as I missed out on the Maid of the Mist, being winter and all! Our tour guide was very informative.

Excellent service from start to finish. We do many holidays, 5 per year with excursions and the service was first class.

We had a great day. The Falls themselves, of course, are the star of the event but the administration of the day was very smooth which added to the experience. Our guide was friendly, funny and informative. The highlight of the lunch was the view, and being off-season, there was plenty of room so that we all got tables near the window.

The whole experience was amazing; it was well arranged, and the tour guide we had was fabulous and told us everything we needed to know and more. The buffet lunch was superb; could not have asked for better. Would definitely recommend it.
